Labels and folders in the My Assortment and Orders tabs
Labels and folders are an easy way to manage your Allegro offers. Thanks to them, you can quickly carry out group changes in selected offers. Find out more.
Thanks to labels and folders, you can conveniently tag your offers or customers’ orders. They may help you organize and manage your offers, and facilitate handling orders – you can make bulk changes faster.
Labels and folders are available to the sellers with a Subscription.

Example of label usage
You create a promotion of selected dresses from the spring collection. You tag all selected offers with a “spring promotion” label. Based on the label a filter is created that allows you to easily introduce group changes to multiple offers simultaneously – for example, lower the price by 10% and after the offer expires, quickly restore the original price to all offers.
How to create a label and add it to your offers
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select offers.
- Hover over the label icon and select Edit labels. Type the name of the new label and choose one of the available colors. Click [dodaj] (add).
- Hover over the label icon again and select Mark offers.
Done! A new label will appear as a filter.
You will see the new label also in the offer details. Click more next to a given offer to see its details.
How to edit a label
When you click [zarządzaj etykietami] (manage labels) you will see a list of your labels. Simply click [edytuj] (edit) by the selected label and change its name or color.
The changes you introduce will be applied to all the offers attached to the selected label.
Example of how to use a folder
You have a promotion on selected dresses from the spring collection you sell. You tag all the promotional orders with the “spring promotion” folder. A filter is created based on that folder. It allows you to easily introduce bulk changes in multiple orders simultaneously.
How to create a folder
- Go to the Orders tab.
- Click [ustawienia] (settings) and go to the Folders section.
- Enter a folder name, choose one of the available colors, and click [dodaj] (add).
How to add a folder to an order
- Go to the Orders tab.
- Select the ones you want to add a folder to.
- At the bottom of the page click [folders].
- Select the chosen folder and click [zapisz] (save).
Done! The created folder has appeared as a filter.
How to edit folders
You can manage all your folders in Order settings – in the Folders section. There, you can add new folders, and edit or delete existing ones.
The changes you introduce will appear in all orders added to this folder.
Will a label from the My Offers tab be transferred automatically to the Orders tab as a folder if I sell an item from an offer tagged with this label?
No. You need to create labels and folders separately in each tab. If a customer buys from an offer tagged with a label, it will not appear automatically as a folder by this order in the Orders tab.
How many labels or folders can I add to an offer or order?
At this time, there is no limit of labels or folders you can assign.
What will happen to a label after the offers it was assigned to are terminated, or the orders are archived?
Archiving or termination of an offer does not delete labels, neither does archiving of an order. You can use it again for tagging other offers or orders.
Will the label be attached automatically to a new offer if I use the List similar option?
No, a label will not be attached automatically to a new offer.
Do labels work for all types of offers (buy now, auctions, and classifieds)?
Yes, labels work for the buy now offers, as well as for auctions, and classifieds. The pool of labels is common for all types of offers.
Can I add and delete labels or folders in multiple offers of orders simultaneously?
Yes. In the case of offers – all you have to do is select them, click [manage labels] and choose those you want to add or delete.
In the case of orders – select the chosen orders and click [folders] at the bottom of the page. Next, select the folders you want to add or delete.
How to check which labels or folders are assigned to an offer or order?
If you click [details] next to a selected offer in the My Assortment tab, you can check what label is assigned to it. Similarly, you can check it in the Orders tab. Additionally, on the list in this tab, you will see which folders are assigned to particular offers.
Can I delete labels alone?
Yes. To delete labels in the My Assortment tab click [manage labels] and select [usuń] (delete) by a label. In the case of the Orders tab – you can delete the folders in the Settings, in the Folders tab.
