How to issue a refund for an item sold in Allegro Auctions for WOŚP
Learn how to return money to the buyer in the event of cancellation if they have made a purchase in Allegro Auctions for WOŚP.
Refund for returning items worth 20,000 PLN or less
If a buyer resigns from the purchase in an auction below 20,000 PLN, they can apply for a refund within Allegro Buyer Protection. For them to receive a refund:
- Determine the terms of the item's return with the buyer ― for example, the address to which they should ship the return.
- When the returned item reaches you, let the buyer know they should submit the Allegro Buyer Protection application.
- When they submit the application, we will let you know about it by email. Reply to our message and let us know about the arrangements between you and the buyer regarding the return.
We will later settle the refund directly with the WOŚP Foundation.
Refund for returning items worth more than 20,000 PLN
If you want to refund a buyer, first, you need to ask them permission to give their personal information to the organization issuing the refund. If the buyer agrees, contact the WOŚP Foundation representative in Warsaw at: aukcje@wosp.org.pl.
In the message to the Foundation representative, provide the following details:
- the buyer's first and last name, as well as their bank account number
- the payment ID ― you can find it in the Orders tab ― click [show details] next to the order. If you are selling from a regular account, you will find the Orders tab in My Allegro.
- the refund amount.
Next, the Foundation will refund the buyer directly to their bank account.

The goal of this year's fundraiser
The motto of this edition is: For the healthy tummies of our children. The collected funds will help finance the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases in the youngest patients.
They will help about 1.2–1.5 million children suffering from gastrointestinal diseases.
Allegro Auctions for WOŚP are active between December 1, 2025, and February 16, 2026.

Will I be charged with any fees for sales within Allegro Auctions for WOŚP?
Check whether the listing and sale of charity offers involves fees.
We do not charge any fees or commission for listing and selling products within Allegro Auctions for WOŚP (GOCC).
The fees that we can charge according to our price list are related to, for example, additional promotion options. You can use those options, but you may need to meet certain conditions — for example, the product must be new, and the offer must be listed in the buy now format.
We will donate the total value of the products you have sold, our usual commissions, and any fees for promotion options, directly to the account of the WOŚP (GOCC) Foundation. You will receive an amount that covers the delivery cost.

How to support the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP) on Allegro
Bid, list, or donate to the WOŚP Collection Box.
You can help in several ways:
- Bid for products listed in the Allegro for WOŚP auctions. The payment for such a product will be transferred directly to the WOŚP Foundation's account.
- List a product and share the link to your offers on your social media.
- Donate the amount of your choice to the WOŚP Collection Box on Allegro. You can do it in two ways:
- buy an offer from the WOŚP Collection Box — select an offer with the amount you want to donate and pay
- add a 10 PLN donation to your cart while shopping on Allegro ― you will find it on the cart page, on the right. The 10 PLN donation will be automatically added to the list of products in your cart. You will pay for the purchase as usual. You can also increase your donation and add an offer with a higher value to your cart.
- If you make a purchase in a charity offer, you can donate an additional amount for the 34th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. Decide on the extra amount and enter it in the delivery and payment form.
How long the offers within Allegro for WOŚP last
Offers under the 34th Grand Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity are active until February 16, 2026 – until the end of the fundraiser.
When the fundraiser ends, all the offers listed within the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Grand Finale will be terminated ― even offers with enabled automatic relisting. We always announce the fundraiser end date at the beginning of the new WOŚP edition.
To list an auction with a duration different from the one available in the listing form — contact us. At your request, we can extend the auction's duration, but not longer than until the fundraiser finishes.
