From today, in the Sales Center, you can talk to our virtual assistant. It can be particularly helpful when you want to reach a specific sales quality level. Learn more.
Our virtual assistant uses Artificial Intelligence (AI). It processes information from the Help for Sellers, the Allegro Academy, and our Terms & Conditions. When answering questions, it also considers your sales data available in the Sales Center — that way, it can help you even more effectively!
What the AI Assistant can do
The AI Assistant will be a great support during everyday work. Among others, it will:
- answer your questions concerning sales on Allegro
- provide links to the tools in the Sales Center, along with step-by-step guidelines on how to use them
- explain the rules of our campaigns and programs
- speak your language.
But that is not all! The AI Assistant stands out because it quickly responds to changes in your sales and, based on them, can give you an answer that is tailored to your business. It means that it:
- analyzes specific sales quality metrics and benchmarks on your account — it prepares a fact-based answer
- is always up to date — we update its knowledge base every day with new Terms & Conditions, Help articles, and your sales data
- saves your conversation and stores it for 18 months — this way, you will not miss a thing!
The AI Assistant already knows a lot, but we want it to know even more. Thanks to your questions and conversations you hold with it, we can constantly improve it.
We plan other improvements — soon, the AI Assistant will be able to answer your questions regarding sales commissions on your account, prepare an analysis of a pricing strategy, or help you solve problems with specific orders. You will learn about everything from the News.
How to talk to the AI Assistant
- Sign in to the Sales Center.
- Click the three-star icon in the top right corner.
- Ask a question, for example: New Smart! Terms and Conditions were released. What do they mean?
- The AI Assistant will provide you with an answer — depending on the question, it will try to address the specific situation.
The AI Assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes. Consider its messages as hints or tips. We provide links to sources for each answer. If you have any doubts, check these materials or contact us.
