You can now find your incorrect product information reports in a new place
If you think the product you want to link your offer to has incorrect product data — you can report it to us. You can check what is going on with your report in a new tab.
How it worked before
The request status was available in the Product changes requests tab.
What we have changed
You can now find your product change requests in the Issues tab in Sales Center.
This means you can check the following in one place:
- reports of offers that have been linked with a product incorrectly
- product changes requests.
How it works
- Sign in to the Sales Center.
- In the Assortment tab, select Issues.
- Go to the selected report with the subject: Product change request.
You will be able to report incorrect product information as usual
This remains unchanged — you can still use the product change request form.
