What you can find in the Delivery efficiency tab
The Delivery efficiency tab contains useful information about dispatched parcels. Among others, it allows you to monitor how well you handle processing orders on time.
In the Delivery efficiency tab, you can:
- disable deliveries faster than your declaration
download a detailed report on processing orders, based on which:
- we award you sales quality points — in the On-time dispatch and Fast dispatch metrics
- we check whether we can display information about same-day dispatch in your offers
- check additional statistics related to order dispatch and delivery.
How the option: disable deliveries faster than my declaration works
This option allows you to change the estimated delivery time we display in your offers to better suit your preferences.
You can use it if you dispatch parcels faster than declared and do not want us to take it into account in the estimated delivery time. When you click [disable deliveries faster than my declaration], the estimated delivery time in your offers with declared dispatch within 2 and 3 days will not be shorter than what you declared.
You can use this option at any time. When you do that:
- we will change the estimated delivery time in your offers within two hours
- the new way of calculating the estimated delivery time will be valid for 10 days. After that time, we will calculate the estimated delivery time using the standard method. In the Delivery efficiency tab, you can regularly check how many days remain until the end of that 10-day period. You can enable that option again after the 10 days are over.
- you can change your mind and disable that option at any time
- the new way of calculating the estimated delivery time will apply to all your offers with declared dispatch within 2 and 3 days. You cannot enable that option only for selected offers.
- this change will not affect your sales quality. You still need to dispatch orders according to your declaration to gain points.
What you can find in the Delivery efficiency report
You can download the Delivery efficiency report in an XLSX file. It contains two tabs — Statistics and Orders.
The Statistics tab
In this tab, you can quickly and conveniently check the basic and most important data related to order processing. We use this information to award you sales quality points and to check whether we can display information about same-day dispatch in your offers. See below how to interpret that data.
Data related to the On-time dispatch metric
You can check it in the Order dispatched on time? section.
- Next to Yes — in the cell to the right (D14) — you will see the number of orders that you dispatched as declared, or that were delivered by the expected delivery time. In the cell next to it (E14), you can check the percentage of those orders compared to all the orders placed with you, which we currently include in your sales quality. It will also be your result in the On-time dispatch metric.
- Next to No — in the cell to the right (D15) — you will see the number of orders not dispatched as declared and not delivered by the expected delivery time. In the cell next to it (E15), you can check the percentage of those orders compared to all the orders placed with you, which we currently include in the On-time dispatch metric in your sales quality.
- Next to Counted for Sales Quality — in the cell to the right (D16) — you will see the number of all orders we currently include in the On-time dispatch metric in your sales quality.
Data related to the Fast dispatch metric
You can check it in the Order dispatched fast? section.
- Next to Yes — in the cell to the right (D21) — you will see the number of orders that buyers placed in offers with declared dispatch immediately or within 24 hours, that you dispatched as declared, or that were delivered by the expected delivery time. In the cell next to it (E21), you will check the percentage of those orders compared to all the orders placed with you, which we currently include in your sales quality. It will also be your result in the Fast dispatch metric.
- Next to No — in the cell to the right (D22) — you will see the number of orders that buyers placed in offers with declared dispatch: immediately or within 24 hours, but not dispatched as declared, and not delivered by the expected delivery time. In the cell next to it (E22), you will check the percentage of those orders compared to all the orders placed with you, which we currently include in the Fast dispatch metric in your sales quality.
- Next to Counted for Sales Quality — in the cell to the right (D23) — you will see the number of all orders we currently include in the Fast dispatch metric in your sales quality.
Use filters for more details. You will find them in the top part of that tab — in the cells highlighted in yellow. If you select:
- a carrier in cell D9 — you will only see data on orders completed by that carrier
- declared dispatch time in cell D10 — you will only see data on orders that consist of offers for which you checked a dispatch declaration.
The Orders tab
In this tab, you can check detailed information on the dispatch and delivery of orders that buyers placed with you. It contains all orders placed until the previous day, for which the dispatch declaration or the expected delivery time displayed in the offer at the moment of purchase expired within the last 28 days. We take into account the later of those dates.
This means the report contains orders from a period longer than the last 28 days.
Check what the data in each of the columns means
- Link to order — contains the order ID. Click it to go to the order details.
- Date of order — the day the buyer placed the order.
- Time of order — the time the buyer placed the order.
- Date of payment — the date and time the buyer paid for the order.
- Declared dispatch time — the dispatch time set in the offer at the moment of purchase. If the order consists of multiple offers, you will see the longest of the dispatch times declared in those offers.
- Date of declaration — the date and time by which you need to dispatch the order so that we consider it dispatched on time.
Order counts towards Sales Quality? — check whether we include a given order in sales quality. If we do not, you will also find the reason for the exclusion here. It will be one of the following:
- return
- delivery option not taken into account in Sales Quality — learn more
- canceled order
- order not taken into account due to the carrier's technical problems
- order not taken into account due to not being scanned by carrier.
Evaluation start date — the date from which we include the order in sales quality. It is the day following the declared day of dispatch or expected delivery time displayed in the offer at the moment of purchase. We take into account the later of those dates. If we do not include a given order in sales quality, you will see order excluded in that column.
- Tracking number added? — check whether a tracking number was added to a given order.
Order dispatched on time? — check whether you dispatched the order as declared, or whether it was delivered by the estimated delivery time. If, next to the order, you see:
- Yes — we have granted you positive points for that order in the On-time dispatch metric.
- No — we have granted you negative points for that order in the On-time dispatch metric.
- Not yet evaluated (until the date in the H column) — the dispatch time or the estimated delivery date for that order have not passed yet.
Order dispatched fast? — check whether you dispatched the order on the day of purchase or whether it was delivered by the estimated delivery time. If, next to the order, you see:
- Yes — we have granted you points for that order in the Fast dispatch metric.
- No — we have not granted you points for that order in the Fast dispatch metric.
- Not yet evaluated (until the date in the H column) — the dispatch time or the estimated delivery date for that order have not passed yet.
Date of addition of tracking number — check when we received the information on the tracking number for that order.
- Dispatch date — the date and time of dispatch. We consider an order dispatched when the courier scans the parcel — learn more.
- Anticipated delivery date — the estimated date of delivery displayed in the offer at the moment of purchase. If the order consists of multiple offers, you will see the latest estimated delivery date for one of those offers.
- Delivery date — check when the parcel was delivered to the buyer or a parcel locker/pick-up point.
- Tracking number (addition) — the tracking number the carrier assigned to the parcel. We add it to the order automatically, or you can do it manually — learn more.
- Carrier (addition) — the carrier responsible for completing the order. We automatically add carrier information to the order, or you do it manually when you add a tracking number to the order.
How to use the Orders tab
- Use filters to quickly find the information you need or conveniently browse the data. For example, use them to quickly check the list of orders that:
- we include in your sales quality
- have a negative impact on your results in sales quality metrics
- we have excluded from your sales quality.
- have not been sent as declared
- have not been delivered by the estimated delivery time displayed at the moment of purchase.
What you can learn in the Statistics section
The Delivery efficiency tab also contains a statistics section. There, in the part called:
- On-time dispatch — check the number and percentage of parcels that you dispatched as declared or that were delivered by the expected delivery time. We grant you points in the On-time dispatch metric based on this data.
- Fast dispatch — check the number and percentage of parcels dispatched on the day of purchase or delivered by the estimated delivery time. Here, we only consider parcels with orders consisting of offers with the declared dispatch time immediately or within 24 hours. We grant you points in the Fast dispatch metric based on this data.
At the bottom of the tab, you can find supporting statistics. We do not grant points for sales quality based on them. However, you can find them useful — for example, they indicate how well you handle dispatching orders.
In the section called:
- Tracking numbers added — check the number and percentage of parcels for which you managed to add a tracking number
Delivery time — check the percentage of your orders that the buyers received:
- on the day of purchase
- the day after the purchase
- 2 days after the purchase
- 3 or more days after the purchase.
