We have updated the rules for delaying the payout of sales funds in certain cases — it is related to the new category we are planning to create. We will provide more details in the News in the coming months.
Until now, we could delay payouts in several cases — for example, if:
- you sold investment products or collectible gold coins
- you sold from outside the European Economic Area or from outside the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
- your estimated delivery time was more than 10 days.
