With this option, you can select the marketplace — Poland (allegro.pl), Czechia (allegro.cz), Slovakia (allegro.sk) or Hungary (allegro.hu). How it works now
Your offers on a business account are Smart! if you enable in them at least:
- 2 delivery options to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options, and
- 3 delivery options to a pick-up point or a parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options.
They must include delivery options from the Allegro Delivery program.
What we have changed and how you can benefit from that
Starting December 2, you will be able to meet the Smart! requirements more easily — all you need to do is enable in your offers the entire package of the Allegro Delivery options. Thanks to that:
- it will be easier for you to meet the Smart! requirements — you will not have to check whether your shipping price lists contain enough delivery options required for the Smart! badge.
- you will no longer have to update your shipping price lists and select among multiple delivery options — all you will need to do is enable the Allegro Delivery program with a single click
- you will not have to adjust your offers due to the fact that we have recently disabled some UPS delivery options; you will avoid having to make such adjustments in the future
- for sellers, the Smart! delivery fees for Allegro Delivery options are lower than for most of the remaining qualifying delivery options.
We have not changed the exception for products that do not fit into a parcel locker or a pick-up point — your offers with such products will still have a chance to get the Smart! badge. It is possible if you enable at least one delivery option to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options, and the product from that offer meets at least one of the following requirements:
- one of the dimensions of the product in the packaging exceeds 120 cm
- you list the offer with that product in the Tires and Rims subcategory
- you dispatch the product from that offer from abroad — with one of the delivery options from this list.
This applies to offers in which you do not enable delivery to parcel lockers or pick-up points.
What else we have changed
We have introduced editorial changes to Appendix No. 12 to the Allegro Terms & Conditions, where we have gathered the Allegro Smart! terms for sellers:
- we will reduce its content
- we will divide it into general provisions common for all marketplaces and specific provisions
- we will remove fragments of the text that are currently duplicated
- we will add links to additional information.
These changes have made Appendix No. 12 shorter and easier to follow.

We have removed the provisions concerning services performed by UPS from the Terms & Conditions
As we have limited our cooperation with UPS, today, we have removed the provisions concerning the services of that company from the Allegro Terms & Conditions
On September 11, we disabled the Allegro UPS delivery options in the delivery and payment form.
