Using One Fulfillment by Allegro has become easier
On January 5, 2026, we changed the service Terms & Conditions. Consequently, we have begun the process of gradually making One Fulfillment available to all sellers with a business account. See what it means for you.
How it worked before
Before, we would enable sales within One Fulfillment only for sellers with a One Fulfillment account. Selling within the service was not possible on a standard business account.
What has changed
We have started to gradually extend access to the service. It will be possible to list both regular and One Fulfillment offers on a single account. By the end of February, all sellers on allegro.pl will be able to use One Fulfillment by Allegro.
If you already hold a business account
You do not need to register another account if you want us to handle the logistics of your sales. When the One Fulfillment service becomes available, you will see changes in the listing form.

How to start using the service if you have registered a business account
- Go to the listing form.
- Then, select the product you want to sell from the Allegro Product Catalog.
- Decide how you would like to handle this product. To list an offer in One Fulfillment, select Let Allegro Warehouse handle this for me.
- When you list your first offer in One Fulfillment, you will see a list of information to add. You only need to add it once.

Why it is a good idea to test the One Fulfillment by Allegro service
You will soon be able to sell with One Fulfillment by Allegro without having to register another account. This is a perfect opportunity to learn about all the benefits of the service and grow your sales.
If you already use One Fulfillment by Allegro
Starting January 5, you can list regular offers on your One Fulfillment account. You manage them yourself — just like on a business account. This means that you need to, for example, dispatch products from those offers directly from your warehouse or respond to customers’ queries.
How you can select how an offer is handled
In the listing form, select the product you want to list and how you want to do it — on your own or through the Allegro Warehouse. If you list an offer for the first time, you get an additional task list.
You can also convert a regular offer into a One Fulfillment offer — if that product is one of the products we handle within the service. To do that, go to the My Assortment tab and use the Convert to One Fulfillment option. Learn more.
What you gain with the new option
You handle sales within and outside One Fulfillment on a single account. This is very comfortable and time-saving, as all sales-related information is conveniently located in one place. You no longer have to switch between accounts.
