The CPR 2 is now in effect. Check how to add the details required by the regulation
On January 8, 2026, a new EU regulation — known as the CPR 2 or the new CPR — came into effect. It applies to the remote sales of construction products — including those made via platforms like Allegro.
We have prepared for the changes in law and added options that will help you adjust your offers to the new rules.
What it means for you
The legal change applies to you if you sell:
- on a business account
- in certain categories — download their list (XLSX, 20 KB).
What details the EU requires
Your offers are compliant with the law if you provide:
- manufacturer's details
- authorized representative's details
- identification code of the product type
- code of the Declaration of Performance and Conformity
- CE marking
- ID of the CE verification entity.
