How it worked until now
In the custom shipping price lists, you set the maximum number of units per parcel for individual delivery options. Until now, we categorized the Delivery by the seller option under the delivery to your doorstep — standard option. This meant that all courier deliveries in this category shared the exact same maximum number of units per parcel.
How it works from today
You can set the maximum number of units per parcel separately for the Delivery by seller option.
What it means for you
We have separated the Delivery by the seller option from other delivery options. In every shipping price list where you offer this option — we copied over your existing settings from to your doorstep — standard option. You can now freely change the maximum number of units per parcel for this option — independently of other courier delivery options.
See an example of how it works
You use the delivery to your doorstep — standard option, and the maximum number of units per parcel is set to 4. When you fulfill deliveries on your own, you usually dispatch up to 2 product units in a parcel. That is why, you change the maximum number of units per parcel value to 2 for the Delivery by the seller option.
