Starting July 22, you will be able to check if your offers are consistent with products from the Catalog and easily update them
It will let you quickly and easily make information consistent, and maintain full control over your offer. Learn more.
We want the data in your offer to be consistent with the product data in our Catalog. For example, the information you provide in the description should not differ from the product parameters. We try to detect such differences on an ongoing basis. Starting July 22, we will show them to you in the Offer updates tab. If you accept the suggested change — you will be able to update your offer with a single click.
Until now, even minor discrepancies or a mistake in the description could mean that we would remove your offer. Now you have a chance to quickly and easily correct it thanks to our suggestions.
How to check which offers to update
If your offer differs from the product data, we will let you know by email.
You can also check the list of suggested changes in the Sales Center:
- Go to the Offer Updates tab.
- Next to the offer that requires an update, you will see a yellow icon and the following information:
- what the suggested change concerns
- how we justify it
- what you can correct in the offer.
- Click [accept change] to update a given offer. You have 14 days to do it. After this time, we will unlink the product from your offer and automatically terminate it.
If you think our suggested changes are incorrect:
- you can link the offer to another product — just click [change product]
- let us know.
Why we are doing it
Thanks to this, you can quickly and easily correct your offers — you will not miss even minor differences. The data in your offer will match the product, and customers will not receive conflicting information. Thanks to this, they will be confident that they are buying exactly what they are looking for.
