What we have changed
- We have added an additional service for all DHL and DPD options within Allegro Delivery — Non-standard parcel.
- We have increased the maximum weight of parcels you can dispatch via Ship with Allegro for Allegro DPD Courier within Allegro Delivery — from 31.5 kg to 300 kg. See the current parcel price list.
How to use the Non-standard parcel additional service
This option is available when you are dispatching a parcel at the stage of creating the shipping label.
You just need to select the Non-standard parcel option in the Additional services section of the dispatch form.
