Additional parcel fees — information for sellers

We may charge you an additional fee when:

• the parcel exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight:

  • if you dispatch it with a courier
  • if you dispatch it to parcel lockers and pick-up points

• the parcel contains a product enclosed in an external packaging made of metal or wood
• the parcel shape is irregular, oval, cylindrical, circular, or tubular — for example, it contains a barrel or tire — and is not fully enclosed in a dispatch container made of corrugated cardboard
• the way the parcel was packed makes automatic sorting impossible or difficult.

The carrier may charge you an additional fee when:

• the parcel exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight:

  • if you dispatch it with a courier
  • if you dispatch it to Paczkomat parcel lockers and pick-up points

• the parcel shape is irregular, oval, cylindrical, or circular
• the parcel has protruding elements.

The carrier may charge you an additional fee when:

• the parcel exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight:

  • if you dispatch it with a courier
  • if you dispatch it to pick-up points

• the parcel shape makes it impossible to automatically sort it using a sorting system or may damage other parcels during sorting, for example, loose stretch wrap
• the parcel shape is oval, cylindrical, or circular — for example, in the case of a tube or roll of fabric
• the parcel is of irregular shape and is not packaged with cardboard or other packaging of regular shape
• the parcel has elements protruding outside its regular packaging outline
• you dispatch products heavier than 5 kg in foil envelopes (known as foil packs)
• you dispatch products in foil envelopes (known as foil packs) with content that makes it impossible to automatically sort them
• you dispatch tires that are not packed in line with the DPD guidelines (available in Polish)
• the parcel consists of two or more separate parts combined into one irregular shape.

The carrier may charge you an additional fee when:

• the parcel exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight:

  • if you dispatch it with a courier
  • if you dispatch it to pick-up points and parcel lockers

• the parcel shape is oval, cylindrical, circular, tubular, or triangular — for example, a barrel or tire
• the parcel has protruding elements
• the parcel contains separate, unsecured products
• the parcel contains glass, liquids (barrels, canisters), or substances that may damage other parcels
• the parcel must be sorted manually or is labeled with stickers that say GÓRA (TOP), UWAGA! NST (CAUTION: Non-standard shipment), Nie przewracać (Do not rotate)
• the parcel requires special handling, e.g., when there is no automatic sorting system used in transit warehouses.

• the parcel shape is oval, cylindrical, circular, or tubular — for example, a barrel or tire.
