Parcels to Allegro One Box will be also handled by DHL courier
On July 8, we will add another courier that will handle parcels to Allegro One Box.
That means, that starting July 8, the parcels you dispatch with the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option to the Allegro One parcel lockers will be handled by three couriers: DPD, DHL, and Allegro One Courier in selected cities.
Just like before, we will automatically assign one of them to the order. You will not be able to select the carrier on your own.
Make sure you hand the parcel over to a correct courier assigned to the parcel. You will find out which carrier will collect your parcel depending on the selected delivery option directly in Ship with Allegro.
How to settle delivery costs
You will settle delivery costs for parcels handled by the DHL courier the same way as with DPD parcels. Learn more.
Same-day dispatch time
If you do not have the same-day dispatch time set for the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option handled by DHL, you can set it in the Ordering time settings tab in the Allegro Delivery section, next to the Allegro One (Point, Box) Delivered by DPD delivery option.
If you have the same-day dispatch time set for DHL within Allegro Delivery — we will automatically set the same time for the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option handled by DHL. If you want to change it — you can do it any time in the Ordering time settings tab.
