Allegro DPD delivery options within Allegro Delivery
On October 16, we will enable the Allegro DPD delivery options within Allegro Delivery. Until the end of January 2026, we will gradually add them to the shipping price lists of more groups of sellers who enable Allegro Delivery. We will enable the Allegro Delivery options to sellers who offer only the Allegro DPD delivery options.
We will send you a separate message about adding those delivery options to your shipping price lists in advance. However, you do not need to wait. From October 16, you can enable Allegro DPD options within Allegro Delivery or the entire Allegro Delivery program in your shipping price lists by yourself.
What Allegro DPD delivery options we will add to Allegro Delivery
- Allegro DPD Courier
- Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Pick-up Point
- Allegro DPD Pick-up Point payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Parcel Locker — a new option within Allegro Delivery.
You can prepare Allegro DPD parcels within Allegro Delivery only through the Ship with Allegro tool. You can dispatch the prepared parcels in the DPD Pickup Points or hand them over to a DPD courier. You will not dispatch them in the Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers.

During the transition period — until the end of January 2026 — you can enable and disable the Allegro DPD delivery options in your shipping price lists, regardless of other Allegro Delivery options. Afterwards, we will permanently enable them within the program, with the exception of the Allegro DPD Parcel Locker and Allegro DPD options with payment on delivery.
Starting October 16, if you enable only the Allegro Delivery program options and do not disable the Allegro DPD options in the transition period — you will meet the Allegro Smart! condition regarding the number of delivery options in an offer.

If you dispatch larger parcels with the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option outside Allegro Delivery
If you dispatch larger parcels with the Allegro DPD Courier delivery option outside the Allegro Delivery program and simultaneously:
- you do not enable any delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker in your shipping price lists
- the product in the offer meets at least one of the following conditions:
- one of the dimensions of the product in the packaging exceeds 120 cm
- you have listed the offer with that product in the Tires and Rims subcategory
then your parcels are Smart! Check the details.
What changes we will introduce
We will remove the Allegro DPD Courier option outside of the Allegro Delivery program. We will enable it in the same shipping price list under the same conditions. In such a shipping price list:
- we will not enable the Allegro One Courier option
- we will not enable any Allegro Delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker
- if you enable the Allegro DHL Courier separately within Allegro Delivery — we will enable the Allegro DPD Courier option in the same shipping price list.
Your parcels will remain Smart!
What prices we will set in your Allegro Delivery shipping price lists
- If you have set a maximum price for the Allegro Delivery options — we will set maximum delivery prices for all Allegro DPD delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
- If you have set 0 PLN for the Allegro Delivery program options — we will set free delivery for all Allegro DPD delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
- If your shipping price list includes Allegro DPD delivery options, but you did not enable Allegro Delivery — we will set maximum prices for all delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program, even if you enable Allegro DPD delivery options for 0 PLN.
Exception: If in your shipping price list you enable Allegro DPD Courier or Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery for 0 PLN and, at the same time:
- you do not enable any delivery option to a pick-up point or a parcel locker and
- you do not enable Allegro DHL Courier within Allegro Delivery separately
we will set free delivery for Allegro DPD Courier or Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery within Allegro Delivery.
You can change the price to the maximum for all delivery options or set free delivery for the entire Allegro Delivery shipping price list anytime.
We always set the maximum rates in the pre-made shipping price lists. You cannot offer free delivery for the Allegro Delivery options within them.
Changes to the Allegro Delivery Terms & Conditions
We will also introduce other changes to the Allegro Delivery Terms & Conditions.
- We will adjust the payment on delivery service rules, which we will also enable for the Allegro DPD Pick-up Point delivery option.
- We will change the surcharge for parcels weighing over 31.5 kg to 40 kg, and over 50 kg.
