New feature in the Issues section — check the justification for our decisions
When you report an incorrect link between an offer and a product, you can easily check the status of your report. You will also learn why we made such a decision.
Recently, we have added a new section to the Sales Center — Issues. There, you can keep track of the status of your reports about incorrect links between offers and products. Now, we have added another feature that will streamline your actions and provide information transparency.
What we have changed
In the Issues section, you can learn the reason for our decision and what else you can do. Thanks to this, you do not need to contact us additionally to find out why we made such a decision — you get a clear answer and know what your next steps are.
How it works
- Sign in to the Sales Center.
- In the Assortment tab, select Issues.
- Go to the report with the status: Verified.
- We will display a justification for our decision.
