We have prepared a new solution that will make it easier for you to effectively monitor the statuses of your reports on offers incorrectly linked to the product.
You can report offers incorrectly linked to the product through the form. You will find the link to the form below each active offer at the bottom of the page.
We know how important it is to get feedback on whether we took action — and what kind. Until now, we have only informed you about this by email. Now you do not need to wait for our messages. You can check the statuses of your reports on your own, any time you want — in the new Sales Center section. This way, you can be sure we received your request and are already working on it!
How it works
- Sign in to the Sales Center.
- In the Assortment tab, select Issues.
What information you can check
There, you will find the status of your requests:
- Pending verification
- Verified.
We will show you:
- report subject — there, you will see reports regarding an incorrect link between an offer and a product
- offer ID
- the date of your report and when we resolved the issue.
But there is more! We are working on further developing our report status tracking tool to improve our communication — we want to expand it to cover also other topics related to the Allegro Product Catalog and offers. In the coming months, you will see more details in the Issues section — including our estimated resolution time and the reasoning behind our decisions.
