With this option, you can select the marketplace — Poland (allegro.pl), Czechia (allegro.cz), Slovakia (allegro.sk) or Hungary (allegro.hu). My Assortment: use the new way of downloading offers as a file
It is now easier to download offers as a file — and the file itself is clearer. Learn more and let us know what you think about this change.
Before, sellers could download a maximum of 10,000 offers as a XSLM file in the My Assortment tab. If there were more offers in a given category — downloading the file was not possible.
Now, as part of a new trial version, you can download all your offers as a CSV file, or select only the ones you are interested in.
What offer details you can download
The file contains the following details:
- offer ID
- offer title
- reference number (SKU)
- GTIN (EAN code)
- price in all marketplaces
- unit number
- offer status in the base marketplace
- link to the offer in the base marketplace.
How to download the file
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Click [download assortment] in the bottom left corner.
- You can:
- only download selected offers — by using filters or
- select Load all offers.
- Click [download file]. Done!
If you do not want to use the new option, select Go back to the legacy version of the tool.
