How to use discount codes in BrandHub
Discount codes allow you to offer buyers lower prices in their cart without affecting the lowest price from the last 30 days.
With this discount option, you will encourage buyers to make a purchase without changing the price in your offer. You can set these codes up in the BrandHub tab in the Sales Center.
You can do it if:
- you have an Allegro Account Manager
- your brand is registered in BrandHub.
We currently offer discount codes for campaigns with influencers — social media personalities with an engaged fanbase.
How brand discount codes work
A discount code is a short word combined with a number (for example, SUMMER10), making it easy to remember.
The codes are not displayed on product lists or offer pages. The buyer receives the code from an influencer and enters it manually:
- in the cart or
- in the delivery and payment form.
You can set two types of discounts:
- amount-based — for example, a 10 PLN discount
- percentage-based — for example, a 10% discount.
Discount conditions
Buyers can use the discount if:
- they buy at least 2 products from the campaign, or
- they spend a specified amount set out in the campaign terms and conditions.
A single code can be used by multiple buyers. You can specify how many times a given buyer can use the code.Detailed rules for how the code works are specified in the terms and conditions of the given campaign.
How we settle discounts
The discount reduces the price of products in a given campaign.
You get 100% of the original product price for every sold product. We cover the entire discount amount from the campaign budget — that is, from the campaign sponsor's funds.
How to enable discount codes
To launch a campaign with a code and set the discount type, contact your Allegro Account Manager.
