GPSR: we will automatically suggest missing data in your offers
Check the data we suggest. Confirm or edit them, and sell in accordance with the GPSR. Read what we are changing in the options for adding information about the manufacturer and product safety.
According to the GPSR, you must complete the following information in the offers:
- manufacturer's details
- responsible person's details (if the manufacturer does not have a registered office in the EU)
- safety information.
We automatically suggest this data to you if it is missing in your offers. By doing so, we help you sell in compliance with the law.
How to add missing data
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Check the data we suggest in your offers. You can do it in bulk — for multiple offers at the same time.
- Confirm or edit the data.
We prepared the data using AI tools. Before confirming them, make sure they are correct.
What else we have changed
The Product does not require safety information option:
- you cannot select it when editing offers in bulk in the My Assortment tab
- we will completely remove the possibility to select it after July 28.
The Product introduced to the EU market before 13.12.2024 option:
- you can select it in the listing form only in offers with the Condition parameter such as: Used, Retreaded, For parts, Remanufactured, Not working, Certified refurbished, Seller refurbished, Needs refurbishment, Refurbished, Does not need refurbishment, Disassembled
- you cannot select it when editing offers in bulk in the My Assortment tab
- after July 28, you will not be able to select it regardless of how you list an offer (for example, via the Allegro API or from a file).
After July 28, we will require GPSR information not only in the offers that you list, but also in the ones you edit.
