From today, you can use Allegro DPD delivery options only within the Allegro Delivery program
Check what it means for you.
Today, in the shipping price lists that you manage on your own (so-called custom price lists), we have introduced changes to the Allegro DPD delivery options outside the Allegro Delivery program.
If you also use pre-made shipping price lists — we already introduced changes to them on May 6.
From today, you can use Allegro DPD delivery options only within the Allegro Delivery program or under your own agreement with the carrier.
What it means for you
If:
- you have not enabled Allegro Delivery options but you have enabled Allegro DPD options outside the Allegro Delivery program
- you have enabled the Allegro Delivery options, but you have not enabled Allegro DPD options within the Allegro Delivery program
we have enabled the Allegro DPD delivery options within Allegro Delivery in your custom shipping price lists, and it is not possible to disable them.
The only Allegro DPD delivery options you can enable and disable in your shipping price lists from today, regardless of other options, are the following:
- Allegro DPD Pickup Parcel Locker
- Allegro DPD Pickup payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Courier payment on delivery
- Allegro DPD Courier — if your shipping price list only has courier options, without any delivery options to a pick-up point or parcel locker.
What we have changed in your shipping price lists
Depending on the type of shipping price lists you use and the delivery options you currently enable, within Allegro Delivery, we have enabled:
- all delivery options that you cannot disable
- only the Allegro DPD Courier option (the so-called courier variant)
- Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DHL Courier (courier variant)
- only the Allegro DPD Courier option for which you need to specify the weight of the parcel including the packaging (the so-called weight variant).
You can dispatch the Allegro DPD parcels within Allegro Delivery only through the Ship with Allegro tool or external tools integrated with the Ship with Allegro API (for example, Base). You will no longer be able to use the DPD Online tool.
Those changes will not affect your Smart! settings — your offers will remain Smart!
If you use the services of external integrators and face problems with dispatching parcels after the changes — check what you can do.
