We have added new features that will help you manage your offers more efficiently. Learn more.
We have improved the option of downloading offers to a file
In the My Assortment tab, you can download basic offer details to a CSV file and then upload the file to update the details in your offers.
What we have changed
- You can select the data the file should contain.
- We have added new data you can download:
- Allegro product number — product_id column
- the lowest price from the last 30 days — price_in_the_last_30_days@allegro-pl, price_in_the_last_30_days@allegro-cz, price_in_the_last_30_days@allegro-sk, price_in_the_last_30_days@allegro-hu columns
- category — category and category_id columns
- shipping price list — shipping_rates column
- dispatch time — handling_time column.
- You can check in the preview what the selected data column will look like in the file.
How to download the file
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Click [download or upload assortment] in the bottom left corner.
- Select the Download tab.
- You can:
- download only selected offers — by using filters/search bar or
- select the Download all offers option.
- In the Data range section, select the data (columns) you want to download.
- Click [download file]. Done!
The offer number column is selected by default — this data will always be visible in the file. We also automatically check the following columns:
- offer name
- signature (SKU)
- offer status
- GTIN (EAN)
- offer link
- quantity
- price (in the registration marketplace).
If you want, you can uncheck these values and select others.
We have enabled bulk price editing with a file
You can use a CSV file to change the number of product units in offers. Now, we have enabled a new option — mass price update in all marketplaces.
How to update offer prices with a file
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Click [download or upload assortment] in the bottom left corner.
- Go to the Download tab.
- You can:
- download only selected offers — by using filters/search bar or
- select the Download all offers option.
- Click [download file].
- In the price column (price@allegro-pl, price@allegro-cz, price@allegro-sk, or price@allegro-hu), enter the new prices next to the corresponding offer numbers (offer_id column).
In the same file, you can change the number of items in the offers. - Leave the other columns as they are. The system will ignore any new information you enter in them.
- Save the changes.
- Then, upload the completed file to the My Assortment tab again. To do this, click [download or upload assortment].
- Select the Upload tab.
- Upload the file by dragging or attaching it. Click [upload assortment].
If you update the price in an offer in a given marketplace using a file, we will automatically disable the pricing rule for that offer in that marketplace. We will not update offers with a price of 0 PLN, negative prices, or those in an incorrect format. See how to check information about changes and errors in offer editing.
Why we are doing it
We took your suggestions into account. Sellers reported to us, among other things, that they were missing specific data to download and the option to select columns. Prices are one of the most common values that sellers edit in bulk using a file. Therefore, we have enabled their support also when you list offers using the Import and list tool.
