As we announced in our earlier message, we plan to display information about delivery before Christmas in offers for as long as possible. However, we will implement some changes to prevent situations where customers receive their orders later than estimated.
We informed you about some of these changes before — you can read about them in this article.
What else we will change
Check the table below to learn until when we will display information about delivery before Christmas for specific delivery options.

If you dispatch orders on the weekend and the same-day dispatch time for Saturday and/or Sunday is set and displayed in your offers, we may display information about delivery before Christmas for courier deliveries and delivery options to a pickup point even until December 21 — up to the same-day dispatch time you set for that day.
The dates provided above apply to delivery options:
- with dispatch and delivery within Poland
- that you enabled in offers with immediate dispatch or dispatch within 24 hours
- with a 1-day shipping time.
The estimated delivery time depends on both your own delivery efficiency and the timeliness of the carriers. That is why the estimated delivery time may be longer if you or the carrier are experiencing delays. Consequently, we may stop displaying information about delivery before Christmas in your offers earlier than we announced.
