Check what is new in the My Assortment tab
We have made a few changes to the My Assortment tab to make your daily sales management easier. Learn more.
In the My Assortment tab, you can now:
- check more information about the product your offer is linked to
- delete offer drafts in bulk
- save your favorite filter sets and quickly switch between them.
Product information
Until now, in the Allegro Catalog column, we only showed that an offer was linked to a product. We have renamed this column to product. It also shows:
- product name and image
- GTIN (EAN code)
- number of offers of a given product
- number of variants in your assortment, together with all the product variants
- product rating.
Why we have done it
We have learned from your feedback that the information in this column is very useful in your daily work. You decide whether you want to display this column and in what order.
Deleting offer drafts in bulk
Until now, sellers could delete drafts only one at a time.
Now, you can delete them:
- one by one
- in bulk — up to 1,000 drafts at once.
How to delete offer drafts in bulk
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select drafts and click the trash can icon on the bulk editing bar at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm the change. Click [Yes, delete drafts permanently].
Why we have done it
This will make managing drafts easier — especially if you have a lot of them. You can create a maximum of 20,000 drafts.
Saving filter sets
Before, sellers could only save one default filter set.
Now, you have more options. You can:
- save up to 10 filter sets — together with selected values or a search term
- easily switch between your saved filter sets
- mark a selected filter set as default. This way, you will see it immediately when you sign in to the My Assortment tab.
How to save a filter set
- Go to the My Assortment tab.
- Select filter values or enter them into the search bar. For example, select Poland (allegro.pl) in the market filter, and offers with product set in the sets in offers filter.
- Click [save filters].
- Enter a set name and click [save]. You can also mark that filter set as default at once.
How to manage filter sets
Expand the Saved filters option above the filters section. You can:
- switch between filter sets
- mark a filter set as default or disable that option
- remove a selected filter set
- save a new filter set.
Why we have done it
We want to make it easier for you to find the offers you need right now. You can set one filter as default, and another — for example, for downloading offers to a file.
