Changes to Allegro Smart! from March 2: buyers will get free delivery for purchases from 49.90 PLN
Allegro Smart! is the key support for your sales on Allegro. Thanks to the Smart! badge in your offers, your sales may increase up to 2.5 times.
On March 2, we will simplify the Allegro Smart! terms for buyers to make shopping even easier. These changes do not require you to take any action. See what they mean for you.
What the changes are about
We will change and standardize the minimum order value required for free delivery. With purchases from 49.90 PLN made from a single seller, buyers will be able to select free delivery to parcel lockers and pick-up points, or free courier delivery. They will use the service under the new terms if they activate or extend Allegro Smart! after March 1.
Buyers whose Smart! expires after March 1, will use the service under the current terms until the end of the billing period. It means that they will take advantage of free delivery for purchases from a single seller with a minimum value of 45 PLN for parcel lockers and pick-up points, and 65 PLN for courier deliveries. When their Smart! expires, they will only be able to extend it under the new terms.
What it means for you
- Higher cart value: thanks to the new minimum order value — 49.90 PLN instead of 45 PLN — you have a real chance to increase the average value of your orders, which will help you ensure greater sales profitability.
- Lower minimum order value for courier deliveries: 49.90 PLN instead of 65 PLN — this can convince customers who usually choose this delivery option to make more purchases.
- Transparent conditions for buyers: standardized minimum order value means fewer questions from customers and easier shopping conditions.
- Gradual and predictable changes: this year, you will receive orders made under both the current and new Allegro Smart! terms. The number of orders under the new terms will gradually increase. Thanks to that, you can control your sales and adapt them to the changes.
How we will settle Allegro Smart! orders
Fees for Smart! deliveries and their terms will be the same for all orders under the current and new terms.
In the News for sellers, we informed you that from March 2, we will introduce changes to the fees for Smart! orders, and that we will not amend the courier delivery fees for orders from 45 PLN to 65 PLN. As a result, the impact of the fee changes on your sales will be lower.
