Allegro International Slovakia — information for sellers

Allegro International Slovakia is a delivery option from Poland to Slovakia that operates in cooperation with a local carrier — SPS. It allows you to enable 3 delivery options to Slovakia: courier delivery, delivery to parcel lockers, and delivery to pick-up points.

Allegro International Slovakia is a delivery option from Poland to Slovakia. It covers the following delivery options that you can enable in offers:

  • Allegro International Courier Slovakia
  • Allegro International Pick-up Point Slovakia
  • Allegro International Parcel Lockers Slovakia.

If you want to enable delivery to parcel lockers and pick-up points — you need to enable courier delivery.

These delivery options are only available on allegro.sk — within and outside Allegro Smart! Slovak buyers will see them in offers you share on allegro.sk.

The transport of parcels that you dispatch with Allegro International Slovakia is carried out thanks to the cooperation of two carriers:

  • Allegro One Courier — collects parcels from sellers
  • SPS — delivers parcels to customers using the option they selected.

It means that you can only enable the Allegro International Slovakia option if you dispatch parcels from an area covered by Allegro One Courier.

How to enable the Allegro International Slovakia delivery option

You can use the pre-made shipping price lists — a new and simplified way of creating shipping price lists. This option allows you to create a shipping price list that is always up to date in a few simple steps. All you need to do is specify the country of dispatch and sale, and select a template — we will automatically complete the remaining information. Learn what the pre-made shipping price lists are and how they work.

  1. Go to your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings.
  2. Select dispatch from: Poland and to Slovakia.
  3. In the Settlements with Allegro section, select Allegro International Slovakia. Before that, check whether you dispatch parcels from a region covered by Allegro One Courier.
  4. You will see the following delivery options:
  • Allegro International Courier Slovakia — this option is always selected automatically.
  • Allegro International Pick-up Point Slovakia — select this option if you want to enable delivery to pick-up points.
  • Allegro International Parcel Lockers Slovakia — select this option if you want to enable delivery to parcel lockers.

If you add at least one delivery option to the country where you want to sell to the shipping price list and link your offers to it — we will automatically treat them as already submitted for sharing in a foreign marketplace. Learn more.

How to prepare parcels for dispatch

You can only dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.

How to dispatch parcels

You can hand parcels over to Allegro One Courier:

The courier pick-up is free of charge, no matter how many parcels you hand over.

If you already ordered an Allegro One Courier pick-up for other parcels handled by that carrier — you do not need to order a separate pickup for the parcels you want to dispatch with Allegro International Slovakia. In that case, select the without courier pick-up option while preparing parcels in Ship with Allegro.

What cutoff times for dispatching parcels are

You can check cutoff times for Allegro One Courier on this page. These are the times by which, at the latest, you can:

  • place the parcel in Allegro One Box
  • order a one-time courier pick-up.

How much you will pay for parcels

The fee depends on the order value.

For parcels that:

  • exceed the weight and dimensions than those indicated in the shipping price list
  • have a non-standard shape, dimensions or weight
  • are not packed securely
  • have an illegible label

The basic parcel protection insurance for parcels worth up to 3,500 PLN is included in the delivery price.

You can use the additional parcel protection insurance for parcels worth from 3,500 to 20,000 PLN.

What if the buyer does not collect the parcel

The buyer should collect the parcel within:

  • 5 working days — from pick-up points
  • 2 working days — from parcel lockers.

If the buyer does not collect the parcel on time or refuses to accept it, the carrier will send it back to you at your expense.

Thanks to the Pay less for non-collected parcels promotion, you will pay only 0.25 EUR for returning uncollected parcels ordered on allegro.sk. This is the equivalent of 1 PLN. Check the promotion's Terms & Conditions.

How to settle delivery costs

You can settle delivery costs with Allegro Standard. You do not have to conclude any agreements with the carrier — you will settle the shipping directly with us within a monthly invoice.
