Allegro DHL Pickup and Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers with dispatch from Poland to Czechia
You can enable these delivery options if you dispatch parcels from the Zabrze and Wrocław region. Your Czech customers can pick up their orders even within a day after dispatch. Find out how these delivery options work and how you can enable them for your customers.
You can ship goods from Poland to Czechia quickly and conveniently using the following delivery options handled by DHL:
- Allegro DHL Pickup Czechia — next-day delivery
- Allegro DHL Pickup Czechia — next-day delivery with payment on delivery
- Allegro Parcel Lockers DHL Box 24/7 Czechia — next-day delivery
- Allegro Parcel Lockers DHL Box 24/7 Czechia — next-day delivery with payment on delivery.
You can enable these delivery options if you dispatch parcels from the Zabrze and Wrocław region. See the list of postal codes of dispatch (PDF, 60.2 KB). Buyers from Czechia can collect their orders at the DHL pick-up points and parcel lockers even within a day from dispatch.
How to enable these delivery options in offers
You can enable the Allegro DHL delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Czechia in your offers on allegro.cz. They will not be visible to buyers in other marketplaces.
- In Delivery Settings], in your shipping price lists, select dispatch from Poland and to Czechia.
- Select the appropriate delivery options in the Settlements with Allegro section.
If you add those delivery options to a shipping price list and link that shipping price list to offers, we will automatically consider these offers submitted for sharing in foreign marketplaces.
If you are creating a new shipping price list, you can use ready-made templates for the selected assortment type. If you create a pre-made shipping price list using a template, we will suggest most of the data and set the maximum delivery rates for each option. We will also automatically update the rates and delivery options if the carriers change them. That way, the shipping price list will stay up-to-date and keep the Smart! badge.
In the price lists, there is a field where you need to provide the shipping price in CZK for buyers from Czechia on allegro.cz — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. This field cannot be left empty.
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.

Additional parcel protection
The price of each parcel includes insurance up to 500 EUR. However, if you enter a value other than 0 PLN in the Insurance value field — we will charge you an additional insurance fee. It also applies to parcels you dispatch through the API.
If you want to take advantage of the insurance included in the price — leave 0.00 PLN in the Insurance value field. It is the default value, and you do not need to change it. The parcel will then be automatically insured under the carrier's liability — up to the amount specified in the DHL General Conditions of Carriage (available in Polish.
If the value of your parcel exceeds the value specified in the DHL General Conditions of Carriage (available in Polish) and you want to benefit from additional insurance — enter the amount you want to insure the parcel for in the Insurance value field. Then, we will charge you an additional fee according to the price list.
How to hand parcels over to the courier
You can hand the parcels over:
- during a courier pick-up
- at DHL Box 24/7 parcel lockers
- at DHL POP parcel service points.
Generating a label is not enough to have a courier collect the order. If you want to have your order collected, request a pick-up.

The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We use the higher value to calculate the price.
We calculate the dimensional weight with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 4,000.
How to settle delivery costs
You can settle these delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not need to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within your monthly invoice.

If your parcel is larger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we may charge you an additional fee or return the parcel to you.

The maximum parcel weight (actual and dimensional) you can declare in Ship with Allegro is 10 kg. There are surcharges for parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight) set in the price list.
If your parcel is larger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we may charge you an additional fee or return the parcel to you.

What if the buyer does not collect the parcel
We cover the costs of returning parcels uncollected by the buyers. If the customer does not collect the order made on allegro.cz and the parcel is returned to you, you will pay only a symbolic amount equal for each such return — 5 CZK which equals 1 PLN. Check the promotion details in its Terms & Conditions.
How to file a complaint
You can file a complaint in 2 ways:
- on your own to the carrier ― if the parcel was damaged or lost
- through Allegro ― if the complaint concerns deliveries you dispatched via the Ship with Allegro tool without an agreement with the carrier.
Contact us if your complaint concerns:
- delivery service fee
- fees for additional services
- damage or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and the fees turn out to be improperly charged — the carrier sends us a correction, we will later add it to your account. If the complaint concerns damage or loss of the parcel and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will be made directly to the bank account number you have provided.
