W ramach Katalogu Allegro dla wybranych produktów podpowiadamy dane producenta, które możesz dodać do swoich ofert. Sprawdź szczegóły.
GPSR to unijne Rozporządzenie o ogólnym bezpieczeństwie produktów (General Product Safety Regulation), które weszło w życie 13 grudnia 2024. Zgodnie z jego zapisami musisz podawać w ofertach:
- dane producenta
- dane osoby odpowiedzialnej za wprowadzenie produktu na rynek Unii Europejskiej – jeśli producent nie ma siedziby w Unii Europejskiej
- informacje o bezpieczeństwie.
Jeśli produkty z Twoich ofert zostały wprowadzone do obrotu przed 13 grudnia – nie musisz uzupełniać tych informacji. Wystarczy, że zaznaczysz w tych ofertach parametr: Produkt wprowadzony do obrotu na terenie UE przed 13.12.2024. Dowiedz się, jak to zrobić.
Co zmieniliśmy
Od 23 stycznia na podstawie danych z Katalogu produktów Allegro w ofertach z wybranymi produktami szybciej i wygodniej uzupełnisz dane producenta.
Jak możesz skorzystać z tej opcji
Gdy wystawiasz lub edytujesz ofertę, wybierz wartość dla parametru Marka. Na jej podstawie wyświetlimy Ci sugestie z danymi producenta. Gdy wybierzesz jedną z nich, uzupełnimy ofertę danymi przypisanymi do tego producenta.
Z tej opcji skorzystasz również:
- gdy wystawiasz oferty z pliku
- przez API – sprawdź, jak uzupełnić dane producenta i informacje o bezpieczeństwie.
