Gdy klient wystawia Ci ocenę, może uzasadnić swoją decyzję. Wskazuje wtedy te elementy transakcji, które wpłynęły na jego pozytywną lub negatywną ocenę. W przypadku oceny pozytywnej nie jest to obowiązkowe. Jednak gdy kupujący zaznaczy, że nie poleca zakupów u Ciebie, musi wskazać powód swojej decyzji.

Jak było
Wszystkie uzasadnienia, które wskazali klienci, wyświetlaliśmy zarówno Tobie, jak i kupującym. Informację o nich pokazywaliśmy:

- na Liście ocen – kupujący mogli do niej przejść, gdy w sekcji O sprzedającym kliknęli wszystkie oceny i komentarze.
Jak jest
Od dziś nie będziemy już wyświetlać jednego z tych uzasadnień. Gdy klient przy swojej ocenie wskaże powód Podejrzewam, że produkt jest nieoryginalny, nie pokażemy go na Liście ocen. Dotyczy to wszystkich ocen – zarówno tych już wystawionych, jak i tych, które klienci dopiero wystawią. Te uzasadnienia będziemy pokazywać wyłącznie w zakładce Otrzymane oceny. To oznacza, że będziesz je widzieć tylko Ty – kupujący ich nie zobaczą.
