Jak korzystać z opcji cena minimalna w licytacji
Jeśli w licytacji nie chcesz sprzedać przedmiotu poniżej określonej kwoty, ustaw cenę minimalną. Opłata za tę opcję to 10% ustawionej przez Ciebie kwoty, ale nie więcej niż 100 zł.
Jeżeli wystawiasz przedmiot w licytacji i nie interesuje Cię jego sprzedaż poniżej określonej kwoty, skorzystaj z opcji cena minimalna. Nie możesz w opisie umieszczać informacji o minimalnej interesującej Cię cenie – takie wzmianki nie są wiążące dla stron transakcji.
Oznacza to, że jeżeli wystawisz przedmiot w licytacji za 1 zł i nie skorzystasz z opcji cena minimalna, wówczas zastrzeżenie w opisie, że interesuje Cię cena X zł, nie będzie wiążące dla kupujących, a ostateczną ceną, za jaką będziesz zobowiązany sprzedać przedmiot, będzie cena osiągnięta w licytacji.
Niedozwolone jest także
- informowanie, że transakcja może zostać zrealizowana, nawet jeżeli cena minimalna nie zostanie osiągnięta,
- odwoływanie ofert kupujących, w przypadku gdy satysfakcjonująca cena nie została osiągnięta.
Opłata za skorzystanie z opcji cena minimalna to 10% ustanowionej przez Ciebie ceny minimalnej, ale nie więcej niż 100 zł. Opłatę pobieramy niezależnie od tego, czy przedmiot zostanie sprzedany.
