The Coin campaigns
You can create Coin campaigns for buyers in your listings. You can add Smart! Coins to your offers in three different ways. You can view your list of campaigns by using filters.

Who can add Smart! Coins to offers
You can participate in the Coin campaigns if:
- you hold a business account
- your sales quality level is at least Neutral.
Three ways to add Smart! Coins to your offers
(1) I want to promote all my offers
You can add Smart! Coins to all your offers within one campaign.
Enter the campaign name.
State the campaign terms:
- provide the number of Smart! Coins you want to add to each purchase
- items price range — for example, from 20 to 120 PLN
- campaign duration:
- until the budget is exhausted — the campaign ends automatically after the budget you stated is exhausted
- for a specified period — the campaign ends on the specified day.
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and click [Add Smart! Coins to offers].
(2) I want to set automatic rules
If you select this option, you can use filters to limit the number of offers for a given campaign, for example, to a selected category. You can create up to 5 filters. You can add up to 5 categories within one campaign.
Enter the campaign name.
State the campaign terms:
- provide the number of Smart! Coins you want to add to each purchase
- items price range — for example, from 20 to 120 PLN
- campaign duration:
- until the budget is exhausted — the campaign ends automatically after the budget you stated is exhausted
- for a specified period — the campaign ends on the specified day.
Using selected filters — currently the category filter — select offers you want to promote, for example, your offers from the Home and Garden category.
Accept the Terms & Conditions and click [Add Smart! Coins to offers].
(3) I want to select individual offers
You can select any offers to promote with Smart! Coins:
- Go to the Smart! Coins tab.
- Click [Add Smart! Coins to offers].
- Select the offers, and provide the number of Smart! Coins you want to assign to them.
- Click [Add Smart! Coins to offers].
You can group individual offers into a set – it will make managing offers easier, and improve the visibility on the campaigns list. By grouping individual offers with Smart! Coins into a set, you can:
- declare the campaign budget
- state the campaign duration
- add new offers and remove the existing ones.
If you create two different campaigns, and one of your offers fits to both, that offer will be assigned to the newer campaign.
The campaign list
- activated — we display only active campaigns
- finished — we display only finished campaigns
- campaigns — we display only campaigns and not single offers
- single offers — we display only single offers and not campaigns
- planned — we display only those campaigns that have not started yet. The filter concerns only the campaigns in the categories you selected (automatic rules), and those that include all the offers.
Thanks to the View offers option, you can check which offers are included in which campaign.
The Create similar button allows you to create new campaigns basing on the existing, planned, or terminated ones. It is possible to edit the newly created campaign.
Creating the Coin campaigns – frequently asked questions
In the case of campaigns with individual offers:
- you can make any changes to planned campaigns
- you cannot make any changes to active campaigns.
In the case of campaigns with all offers or with automatic rules:
- you can make any changes to planned campaigns
- you can only change the budget and termination date to active campaigns.
