Featuring offers within Subscriptions
What are offer tags
If you sell on Allegro, offer tags will allow you to organize your offers according to your own categories.
Division into categories is not enough for you? Within the Allegro Subscription, you can create your own subcategories. To do so, you need to use offer tags. The buyers will see them on the list of your offers and find your products easier this way.
How the tags work
- The tags work within one seller’s account ― each account can have different tags.
- After automatic relisting, we add offer tags to the offer again.
- Next to the offer list, we display the first 5 tags. If you click [więcej] (more), you will see the remaining tags.
- Tags are not available on foreign marketplaces.
How to create tags
You can create offer tags in two ways: in the Offer tags tab, and in the listing form.
Creating tags in the Offer tags tab
To create a tag:
- Open the Offer tags tab and click [add new].
- In the pop-up window write the name of a tag you want to create. Click [save] and it is done!
Managing tags
In the Offer tags tab, you can remove, hide, or rename tags. You can also manage the order in which the tags appear on the offer list. All you need to do is drag a selected tag into another position and drop it there.
Creating tags in the listing form
You can create and assign tags in the listing form. Additionally, you can do it while editing or relisting an offer. All you need to do is:
- In the tags section, enter a name of a tag (or its fragment) which you want to assign to the offer.
- Press Enter. Done!
How to assign tags to offers
You can assign tags to offers in several ways ― through a listing form, the My Assortment tab, and API Allegro.
The My Assortment tab
In the My Assortment tab, you can assign tags to offers in two ways:
- Find an offer to which you want to assign tags, click [actions], then [edit]. It will open a listing form, where you will be able to create a new tag or assign an already existing one.
- Select the offer you want to add tags to and click [edit]. Then choose [offer tags] and add the tags.
API Allegro
You can assign tags to offers through Allegro API. Learn how to do it here.
How to manage tags in multiple offers simultaneously
To change offer tags in multiple offers simultaneously:
- Open the My Assortment tab and select offers where you want to edit the tags.
- Click [edit], and then [offer tags].
- In the displayed window, select the tags you want to add to chosen offers. You can unselect the tags you want to remove from offers, too. Then, click [save]. If you click manage offer tags, we will redirect you to the Offer tags tab.
- We will send you information about the changes you have made. Done!
Logo on the offer page and on the lists of offers and products
If you want your logo to be displayed on the offer page or on the lists of offers and products, you need to have a Subscription and meet several requirements.
You want to increase the recognition of your brand or store on Allegro? Add your logo on the offer page and on the lists of offers and products. You can do it if you have a Subscription:
- Professional — we will display your logo on the offer page
- Expert — we will display your logo also on the lists of offers and products.
Logo on the offer page
It will be visible in all your offers and in the classifieds you list on Allegro Lokalnie. Buyers will see it when they enter your offer in the column on the right: in the upper part and below in the See section.
Logo in the lists of offers and products
The size of the logo on the offer page is 96 x 42 px. We will display the same logo on the list of offers but in a smaller size: 27 x 63 px. You only need to add a logo in the larger size: 96 x 42 px.
How to add a logo
- Open the Logo tab.
- Select the marketplace where you want to display the logo.
- In the Manage your logo section, click [Add a logo], and next [Add] — and upload your image.
- Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.
- Click [publish]. Done!
Rules and requirements for the logo
You can find the detailed requirements for the logo in the Terms & Conditions. First of all, the logo:
- must not violate the Allegro Terms & Conditions — in particular, it must not suggest a website address in any form
- should be associated with your Allegro account name or your business name but must not include content that defines the type of assortment you sell, for example, outlet, sale, and so on, or information associated with promotion and advertisement, for example, cheap, only here, and so on.
- must be in a form that allows it to be properly displayed on the Allegro platform.
Technical requirements for the logo
- size: 96 x 42 px
- image format: PNG
- background: colored or transparent (not white)
- maximum file size: 10 kB
- the logo should be centered horizontally and vertically.
Banners on the product page and list of offers
If you sell on Allegro and have the Subscription, you can display a banner with your image above the offer list.
If you have the Subscription, you can add your own company banners and banners over the list of offers. Banners are graphics that encourage customers to shop and redirect them to the right places in your Store.
You can add:
- a company banner we will display in the See section on the product page
- several advertising banners we will display above your list of offers.
Banners are available within the Subscription.
Company banner
Company banner is a graphic we display in the See section on the product page. It may help to make your business stand out from the competition and present it to buyers. You can use this option if you have a Professional or Expert Subscription.
You can add only one banner for each language available in a given marketplace. We will display it in all your offers. When the buyer clicks your banner in the See section, we will redirect them to your list of offers.
How to add a company banner
- Go to the Company banner tab.
- Select the marketplace in which you want to display the banner.
- Click [add] and attach the graphic — follow the guidelines.
- Click [save].
If you want to remove a banner that you added earlier, you can do it in the same tab.
How to prepare an effective company banner
A well-prepared company banner may include:
- the logo of your business
- a slogan — max. 1 line of text, ideally smaller than the logo
- graphic elements in your company colors
- uniform background (preferably in a single color, gradient, or subtle pattern — it should not attract attention more than the content of the banner)
- single graphics or photos — necessarily in good quality.
Avoid:
- additional texts (apart from the slogan)
- boxes imitating buttons
- promoting specific products
- low-quality graphics
- graphics that do not match the format and are distorted — for example, if a square graphic is stretched to fill a rectangular banner area.
Technical requirements
- You can present only one banner for each language available in a given marketplace
- File format: JPG, PNG, GIF (no animation)
- Required size: 408 x 75 px
- Clearspace for texts and logos: 10 px
- Maximum file size: 40 KB
- Text on the banner: you can add maximally 1 line of text
Banners on the list of offers
You can add up to 5 banners that will change every few seconds. Banners are a powerful tool to build your brand. You can add up to 5 banners for each marketplace. We will display them over the list of offers. Buyers will see them at the top of the page, when they click All seller's items.
Make sure that the images are related to the items that will be displayed after clicking the banner. Do not put your contact details on your banners and do not promote shopping outside Allegro. Banners can lead either to a single offer or to a list of offers.
How to add banners
- Go to the Banners on the offer list tab.
- Select the marketplace in which you want to add banners.
- Click [add a banner] and attach the graphic.
- Enter the text to be displayed and add a link.
- Click [add].
How to prepare an effective banner
A well-prepared company banner should include:
- the logo of your company
- a short slogan
- graphic elements in your company colors.
Avoid:
- additional texts (apart from the slogan)
- boxes that imitate buttons
- promoting specific products
- low-quality graphics
- graphics that do not match the format and are distorted — for example, if a square graphic is stretched to fill a rectangular banner area.

- You can add up to 5 images – they will alternate every 3 seconds
- Image format: JPG and PNG
- Size: 980 x 180 px
- Maximum file size: 150 KB
- Title of the slide: up to 25 characters long
- Link under the allegro.pl domain.
What product series are and how to create them
You can use product series to present your offers in an appealing way and attract more customers. Learn where we display product series and how to create them.
The product series feature is available in the Allegro Subscription. You can create product series tailored to different marketplaces within one Subscription.
Product series consist of the offers you grouped. We display them on your account as special graphics. Buyers will go to products in the same series if they click on them.
Where we display product series
We display product series in two places:
- in the Store tab on your account
- in the footer of the offer page.
How to create product series
- Go to the Product Categories tab.
- Select the marketplace in which you want to create it.
- Add a photo — 160 x 160 pixels in size.
- Add the name of the series and a link to the offer list.
- Click [add]. Done!
Additional information
- In the Product Categories tab, you can add, remove, or reorder the graphic tiles.
- You can create a maximum of 12 product series.
- We will display the product series in the Store tab if you create at least 7 of them. If you add fewer than 7 — they will only be visible under your offers.
