Subscription benefits
How the Authorized Users tab works
The Authorized Users tab allows your employees to use selected options and tabs on your business account that will allow them to manage offers and orders.
If you have an Allegro Subscription, in the Authorized Users tab you can authorize other people to access your account. For example, you can grant each of your employees access they need to complete their tasks at work. You can revoke or block the authorization any time.
The authorization scopes are divided into several groups:
- offer management ― such as the listing form and the My Assortment tab
- order management ― the Orders, Submitted Applications, In-store Pick-up Points, and Returns tabs, the Ship with Allegro tool
- finance management ― the Upcoming Fees and List of Payment Refunds for Orders tabs
- communications ― the Message Center and the Discussions with Buyers tab
- sales analytics ― the Allegro Analytics tab
- campaigns and programs ― the Campaigns & Programs tab.
For all groups above you can decide what scope of authorization you will grant — just previewing or also editing. Note that you can choose only previewing for the sales analytics group, and for Communication as well as Campaigns and Programs — only editing.
How to grant authorization to another Allegro user
- Open the Authorized Users tab.
- Click [add user] at the top right corner.
- Click [grant permissions].
- Enter and confirm the Allegro username of the person to whom you want to grant access to your account ― you can authorize any number of accounts you want.
- Select what accesses you want to grant and click [grant permissions].
How to authorize a person without an Allegro account
- Open the Authorized Users tab.
- Click [add user] at the top right corner.
- Click [invite to create an account].
- Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to.
- Select what accesses you want to grant and click [grant permissions].
A person whose email address you provide will receive an automatically generated email in which we will invite them to create an Allegro account.
Granting access to Allegro Analytics
You can grant access to Allegro Analytics to your other accounts only if both accounts — the one you grant access from and the one you grant access to — have an active Subscription. Learn more about granting access to Allegro Analytics.
How to revoke authorization
You can suspend the access to your business account and revoke authorization any time. All you need to do is click [remove] next to the undesired user’s login in the Authorized Users tab.
Access to managing account authorizations
You can manage authorizations only for an account for which you have an active Allegro Subscription.
Where the authorized users can find accesses they are granted
Authorized users can find their accesses:
- in the My Account tab
- directly after signing in to the Sales Center.
A profile picture on your business account
Thanks to the avatar, you can build the image of the company through the recognition of your brand.
Sellers know that it is worth standing out not only with a wide range of products, excellent customer service, and fast delivery. A strong brand recognition is equally important. By displaying your brand logo – preferably in multiple places ― you familiarize the buyers with it. The possibility of adding a profile picture gives you another way of raising your brand recognition on Allegro, apart from the already available logo display in your offers and in offer lists.
What is a profile picture and where you can find it
A profile picture is a small image which you can place in your business account. All your customers will be able to see your profile picture in the Message Center.
You can use this option within the Allegro Subscription ― regardless of your Subscription level.
How to add a profile picture
- Go to your Allegro account.
- Click a portrait icon to edit your profile picture.
- Click [choose another image] and add an image from your computer. You can use a slider to adjust the size of the image.
- If everything is OK, click [save].
File requirements
- size: minimum 64x64px
- file type: JPG or PNG.
What a profile picture cannot include
A profile picture cannot depict any illegal or inappropriate content, especially if it is:
- vulgar
- obscene
- erotic
- pornographic
- promoting hate speech, racism or xenophobia.
Moreover, in your profile picture you cannot include:
- promotions, advertisements or classifieds
- content referring to your business outside Allegro
- any contact information.

How to link your Allegro accounts
If you have multiple Allegro accounts, you can link them together. Thanks to this, you can quickly and easily switch to the one you want to manage at the moment.
If you have multiple Allegro accounts, you can link them. This way, you can quickly and easily switch to the account you want to manage at the moment. This means that you do not have to sign into a particular account every time you want to make changes or list an offer.
If you want to list an offer within linked accounts, use the List similar option. We will redirect you to the listing form, where you can select the account on which you want to list the offer.
Thanks to linking accounts, you can add buyers who bought from your other account to the Blacklisted Buyers tab.
You can switch between accounts:
- in the Sales Center
- in the My Allegro tabs:
When you can link your accounts
You can link your accounts if you have an Allegro Subscription on at least one of them.
How to link accounts
You can do it on the account with an active Allegro Subscription.
In order to do it:
- Go to the Powiązane konta (Linked accounts) tab.
- Click [dodaj konto] (link account).
- Enter the login and confirm that is the account you want to link.
- Confirm the link by entering a code. You will receive it to the contact number of the account you want to link.
Done! You can link as many accounts as you want this way — also those created in different marketplaces. That means you can grant allegro.cz acounts permissions to your allegro.pl account.
How to split accounts
All you have to do is go to the Powiązane konta (Linked accounts) tab and click [usuń powiązanie] (delete link) next to the account you want to disconnect.
Your Store — what is it and how to use it
Your Store is a new way of presenting offers. Only sellers who use the Allegro Subscription have access to the Store tab.
The Store tab is available only to sellers who have an active Allegro Subscription. The tab is not available on foreign marketplaces.
The layout of Your Store
Your Store is a place where you can present your products in a compelling way, and thus attract even more customers. It is also a place where you can manage the appearance of your Store, and as a result — the image of your business on Allegro.
We show the [sklep] (store) tab next to the [oferty] (offers) and [oceny i komentarze] (ratings and reviews) tabs.
Depending on the features you choose, the visitors to Your Store will see:
- your logo
- background photos
- the [dodaj do ulubionych] (add to favorites) button which they can use to add Your Store to the watchlist
- your banners
- your product series
- your offer tags
- offer carousels — sections which show your products in a few different ways:
- for example, sections with offers matching products from the buyer's cart, Bestsellery (Bestsellers) or Nowości (New) (if we cannot display the first carousel, we display a different one)
- carousels under banners — there, we will display offers thematically linked to the banners
- Allegro Coins offers — if you add Allegro Coins to your offers, we will show them in this section
- offers available with ZERO rates
- offers with a quantity discount
- offer bundles
- all products for up to 10 PLN, 20 PLN, 30 PLN, 50 PLN, 100 PLN (depending on the offered assortment — if we cannot display the first carousel, we display a different one)
- most popular offers in the categories where you list the most offers.
Your Store — available options and management
You can freely customize Your Store to showcase the products you offer in the best possible way and to present the nature and style of your sales. The only element you cannot edit is the [dodaj do ulubionych] (add to favorites) button. Below, you can read about specific features available in Your Store.
We can choose the background photo for you — we will select it based on the category in which you list the most offers. You can also add your own photo. You can edit it by clicking [zmień zdjęcie] (change image). When you click the icon with the letter [i] — we will show you some tips regarding the photo, such as the maximum and minimum photo size, file size and format.
Click [podgląd sklepu] (store preview) to see how Your Store is viewed to the buyers.
In the background photo, we will show your logo and some information about you — for example, the recommendation percentage. You can add your login and a short description of your business to the background photo. Photos should be a visual showcase of your activity and your products. That is why they should not include any contact details, advertisements, or promotional content.
Those are the sections in which we place your offers — but you decide which sections will be displayed in Your Store. When we select the offers, we check parameters like, for example, the date the offer was added or the number of products sold within the offer.
Carousels can present offers according to various criteria, for example: Bestsellery (Bestsellers) — offers which are the most popular in Your Store. The carousels can also show the offers with Allegro Coins, offer bundles, or offers with discounts.
Changes to carousel settings
You can easily make changes to your carousels. Just click [opcje] (options) in a given section, and we will show you a layer where you can select other offers or a banner.
Carousels with offer bundles
To create a section with offer bundles, click [stwórz je] (create). We will redirect you to the Bundles & Discounts tab where you can:
- change the type of promotion: Product set or Quantity discount
- add offers to the promotion
- specify the discount amount.
Carousels with discounts
Click the [stwórz nowy rabat] (create a new discount). Next, in the Bundles & Discounts tab, select the number of units and the discount value.
Hiding selected carousels
If you want, you can hide selected sections any time. All you need to do is click [ukryj] (hide) in a given section.
If you want to do it, click [wyłącz sklep] (disable the store). You can find it on Your Store's page — under basic information about your business:
If you change your mind — that is where you can also turn this feature back on.
When you disable the Store, the buyers will only see the [oferty] (offers) and [oceny i komentarze] (ratings and reviews) tabs on your page.
Background photo — it is a perfect place to visually showcase your business and the products you offer. In the photos, you can present how the products you sell may be used or arranged. Photos may show certificates, technologies, or graphic elements (for example, arrows), but no additional text is allowed. Exceptions are: brand/manufacturer's logo, color/design markings, numbers, and units.
Banners — they should encourage buyers to shop and redirect them to a specific Product List you define. There, you can include the logo of a brand/manufacturer of the offered products.
Banners and the background photo cannot include:
- contact details
- website addresses
- information about products which are not available in your offer on Allegro
- advertisements, promotional and advertising content relating to activities outside Allegro

Allegro reserves the right to disable certain features in case you use Your Store in a way which does not comply with the above rules or the Allegro Terms & Conditions.
Sales management via advanced settings of the list of offers and orders
Manage your offers and orders more efficiently and conveniently thanks to the additional options we offer within the Allegro Subscription, such as notification configurations.
If you have an Allegro Subscription, you have access to more options that allow you to conveniently and quickly manage your list of offers in the My Assortment tab, and the list of orders in the Orders tab.
Orders
Automatic status change after adding a tracking number
You can set up automatic order status change to Sent after you add a tracking number to the order.
You can also find the automatic order status change to Sent option in the layer where you add the tracking number.
Automatic mail to buyers about their unpaid order
You can set automatic email notifications to the buyers who have not paid for the order.
Check the Włącz automatyczne wysyłanie e-maili (enable automatic email notifications) option and decide:
- how many emails you want to send — one or two
- after how many days from the purchase date you want to send emails ― 30 days is the maximum.
Click podgląd wiadomości (message preview) to check what the email looks like. You cannot edit its content.
When the buyer clicks [przejdź do zamówienia] (go to the order), they can pay for it or cancel the order if it is possible.
You can check the dates of sent and planned email notifications in Szczegóły zamówienia (Order details). If the buyer pays for the order and we book the payment, we will not send a planned notification. The information about notifications will disappear from this page.
When we do not send automatic notifications:
- if a buyer has chosen a payment on delivery option or payment outside Allegro Finance
- if you change the order status to canceled.
Hiding orders on the list
You can turn on an option to automatically hide orders with the Canceled and Sent status on the list. You can display them again by unchecking a selected box, or by filtering the list by status.
Exporting order data
You can export the order data. All you need to do is select the orders of which data you want to export and click eksportuj dane (export data). You can:
- export order data to a CSV file
- export order data to an XML file
- integrate order data with Elektroniczny Nadawca (E-Sender) ― there, you will find instructions on how to do it.
Order value
You can check the total value of multiple orders simultaneously. All you need to do is select chosen orders and click wartość zamówień (order value). Then, we will display:
- the price of all items
- delivery costs
- additional service fees
- a total of all costs listed above.
My Assortment
Filter sets saving
Save your custom filter set so that the offers in the My Assortment tab are always displayed in the same way.
Choose the filters by which you want to search offers and click [save filters]. You will find selected filters over the offer list. Click [clear filters] to remove a selected filter set. Then, you can choose new filters. You can find the [save filters] and [clear filters] buttons in the My Assortment tab, over the filters section. You can choose multiple filters at the same time.
Tags
You can also manage your tags on the My Assortment tab.
Assigning tags
You can do it in the My Assortment tab in two ways:
- Find an offer you want to tag and click [actions], and [edit]. Then, you will see a listing form, where you can create a new tag or assign an existing one.
- Select an offer you want to tag and click [edit]. Next, select [offer tags] and add them.
Managing tags in multiple offers at once
In order to change tags in multiple offers at once:
- Open the My Assortment tab and select offers where you want to change tags.
- Click [edit], next [offer tags].
- In a window we will display to you, select tags you want to add to the chosen offers. You can also uncheck the tags you want to remove from those offers. Then, click [save]. If you click manage offers tags, we will redirect you to the Offer tags tab.
- We will display details of changes you have introduced. Done!
Labels
Thanks to labels, you will conveniently tag your offers or customers’ orders. It may help you organize and manage your offers, and facilitate handling orders – you will introduce bulk changes faster. You can use them in the My Assortment and Orders tabs. Learn more about labels.
