Allegro Smart!
Allegro Smart! on allegro.pl — information for sellers
With Allegro Smart! buyers can benefit from an unlimited number of deliveries — courier deliveries as well as deliveries to parcel lockers and pick-up points. They can also return Allegro Smart! parcels free of charge.
How it works
Buyers benefit from free delivery and returns if:
- they have the Allegro Smart! membership active on their account
- they purchase products marked with the Smart! badge
- the delivery cost of a single order does not exceed 100 PLN
they purchase products from a single seller for a minimum of:
- 45 PLN — for deliveries to pick-up points and parcel lockers
- 65 PLN — for courier deliveries.
Allegro Smart! and purchases from multiple offers
If the customer purchases several products from different offers and selects the same delivery option — for example, Allegro DPD courier marked with the Smart! badge in one offer, but not in the other — the delivery of such an order will be carried out within Allegro Smart!
However, if the customer selects 2 different delivery options — for example, Allegro DPD Courier with the Smart! badge and the DPD Courier — such an order will not be carried out within Allegro Smart!
What you will gain with Allegro Smart!
Allegro Smart! brings benefits not only for the customers. Check what you can gain with that service.
- You will make your offers stand out ― buyers will see the Smart! badge in your offers on the list of offers, product list, and at different stages of making a purchase.
- You will increase your chances of sales — our data shows that the Smart! badge increases the chances of sales by 4 times compared to offers without that badge.
- You will not pay for returns — Allegro Smart! means free returns not only for the buyer but also for you. We cover the costs of return parcels.
- Customers will find your offers quickly and conveniently — they only need to check Allegro Smart! in the Free delivery and return filter.
What requirements you need to meet to get the Smart! badge
We will mark your offers with the Smart! badge if you meet the conditions concerning sales and offers. The sales policy is the same for business and regular accounts. The offer terms differ depending on what account you have.
The following terms apply to sellers who dispatch orders from Poland. If you dispatch parcels to Poland from abroad, different Allegro Smart! terms apply to you — check the details.
Sales requirements
You can get the Smart! badge if you meet at least one of the following conditions:
- your sales quality is higher than Neutral or at least Neutral on all your accounts or
- you have at least 5 positive ratings (thumbs up) from the last 12 months, and your average sales rating is at the level of at least 98%, or
- you have the Super Seller title.
Additionally:
- pay the invoices for our services on time
- act in accordance with our Terms & Conditions
- manage the buyers' email addresses correctly and ensure they are properly transferred to the logistics company — learn more on that topic.
Offer terms for regular accounts
- Enable Allegro Paczkomaty InPost with payment in advance in your offers. In the Delivery Settings tab, provide the price that falls into the price range from the table.
- Provide parcel tracking numbers for a minimum of 50% of all orders. Dispatch orders within the time frame you provide in your offers.
Create the returns terms and add them to your offers. There, provide a return address within Poland if you:
- dispatch products from Poland and
- offer delivery within Poland.
Offer terms for business accounts
Enable in your offers at least:
- 2 delivery options to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options and
- 3 delivery options to a pick-up point or a parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options.
The Allegro Delivery options must be available among them.
When calculating the number of delivery options that qualify for Smart!, we count Allegro One, ORLEN Paczka, and DHL within Allegro Delivery separately.
- We consider deliveries to Allegro One, ORLEN Paczka, and DHL pick-up points and parcel lockers to be separate delivery options. That means, with Allegro Delivery, you enable 3 out of 3 required delivery options to pick-up points and parcel lockers.
- We consider delivery options to the buyer's doorstep by Allegro DHL Courier and Allegro One Courier to be separate options. It means that if you have both Allegro DHL Courier and Allegro One Courier in the Allegro Delivery shipping price list, you offer 2 out of 2 required delivery options to the buyer's doorstep.
If you enable the DHL delivery options and Allegro One Courier within Allegro Delivery, you meet the Allegro Smart! condition regarding the number of delivery options in an offer.

Create the returns terms and add them to your offers. There, provide a return address within Poland if you:
- dispatch products from Poland and
- offer delivery within Poland.

You can use the Smart! price list wizard to quickly and conveniently create a shipping price list with delivery options that qualify for Allegro Smart!
If you sell products that cannot be placed in a parcel locker or delivered to a pick-up point — your offers can also be Smart! It is possible if you enable at least one delivery option to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options and the product from that offer meets at least one of the following conditions:
- one of the dimensions of the product in the packaging exceeds 120 cm
- you list the offer with that product in the Tires and Rims subcategory
- you dispatch the product from that offer from abroad — with one of the delivery options from this list.
This applies to the offers where you do not enable delivery to parcel lockers or pick-up points.
How you can settle Allegro Smart! parcels
We charge you for Allegro Smart! parcels based on the value of the buyer's order. We take into account 5 thresholds of order value:
- from 30 to 44.99 PLN
- from 45 to 64.99 PLN
- from 65 to 99.99 PLN
- from 100 to 149.99 PLN
- 150 PLN or more.

Additional information
- All the delivery options available within Allegro Smart! are settled within Allegro Standard — directly with us. You can find information about the fees in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
- For the first parcel in an order, you will pay a fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you the fee listed in the table for an order valued from 100 to 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders from the ranges up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you will pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel from the order.
- If the buyer selects payment on delivery, we will add 4.99 PLN to the amount from the table for the additional payment on delivery service. Apart from payment for the product, you will also get 4.99 PLN from the buyer for that option. That is why, the minimum amount in the shipping price list you can set for options paid for on delivery equals 4.99 PLN.
- You can process a free return only if the buyer requests it through the return form on their Allegro account.
You will settle delivery costs according to the rules described above on condition that:
- the buyer pays for the order through Allegro Finance
- you provide the carrier with the correct email address
- you dispatch parcels for orders only with the paid payment status.
When you will be refunded for Smart! parcel fees
If your customer:
- returns the purchase as part of withdrawing from the agreement (they report the return through the return form on their Allegro account and dispatch it with a return option available in Allegro Smart!) or
- does not collect the parcel
we will automatically refund you the fee for delivery of the Smart! parcel. You do not have to apply to get a refund.
Only the basic fee will be refunded — not the fees for additional services. You can see it as a discount in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
We will refund you the fee once the status of the return parcel says that you have either collected it or refunded the order cost.
If a buyer returns a part of an order, we will recalculate the order value — this time without the returned products. If the new order value is low enough to qualify for the lower price range, we will refund you the difference.

Example:
- The order value before the return was 110 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee was 5.89 PLN.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 20 PLN. The order value after the return is 90 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee is 3.59 PLN.
- We will refund you the difference of 2.30 PLN (5.89 PLN − 3.59 PLN = 2.30 PLN).
Example:
- The order value before the return was 50 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee was 1.89 PLN.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 25 PLN. The order value after the return is 25 PLN. There is no Smart! parcel fee, because this amount is below the lowest threshold.
- We will then refund you the full amount — 1.89 PLN.
Example:
- The order value before the return was 50 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee was 1.89 PLN.
- The value of the products returned by the buyer is 10 PLN. The order value after the return is 40 PLN, and the Smart! parcel fee is 0.99 PLN.
- We will refund you the difference of 0.90 PLN (1.89 PLN − 0.99 PLN = 0.90 PLN).
How to dispatch an Allegro Smart! parcel correctly
We generate a unique email address for each order. You can find it in the Orders tab when you click [copy email]. With that, we can provide information about the buyer, the seller, and the order.
To dispatch the parcel, provide the carrier with the correct email address. Thanks to that, we can properly settle the parcel within Allegro Smart!
You can provide the carrier with the email address in 2 ways:
- dispatch the parcel through Ship with Allegro — we will automatically import the email address. That way, you can be sure the email will be provided in a full and unchanged form.
- dispatch the parcel through the carrier's dispatch tool (for example, InPost Parcel Manager or Poczta Polska E-sender). Make sure you provide the whole and unchanged email address linked to that order.
The carrier will charge you the full shipping fee if you do not provide the correct email address.
How to resign from the Allegro Smart! badge in your offers
If you do not want to have the Smart! badge in your offers — let us know. To do that, click [contact us] under this article.
You will also lose the Smart! badge in your offers if you do not meet at least one of the Allegro Smart! terms.
Can every offer be marked with the Smart! badge
The Smart! badge cannot be granted to:
- classifieds
- offers listed on accounts verified as a pharmacy
offers listed in the following categories:
- Home and Garden — Equipment — Holiday and Occasional Decorations — Fireworks
- Kids — Feeding — Baby Foods — Baby Formulas — First milk
- Supermarket — Pet Supplies — Non-prescription veterinary drugs.
