How to dispatch parcels with Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier)
Allegro One delivery options are carried out by Allegro One Courier — you can settle for them using the Allegro Standard method. We are the carrier. You can dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro.
Allegro One deliveries are carried out by Allegro One Courier in select cities — we offer them within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option that combines same-day and next-day delivery options:
- Next-day delivery:
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro One Courier
- Allegro One Courier — payment on delivery
- Same-day delivery:
- Allegro One Box
We offer next-day deliveries to Allegro One Box and Allegro One Point within the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option. It is available across Poland and carried out by the UPS courier. We describe it in this article.
- Allegro One is the name of our service.
- It contains the following delivery options:
- Allegro One (Point, Box) — delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers across Poland. Parcels are delivered by two couriers: UPS and DPD.
- Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) — delivery to pick-up points, parcel lockers, and to the buyer's address in selected cities. Parcels are delivered by Allegro One Courier.
- Delivery options:
- Allegro One Point — delivery to the Kolporter convenience store, epaka.pl, Furgonetka, Auchan, or Pakersi pick-up points
- Allegro One Box — delivery to parcel lockers
- Allegro One Courier — courier deliveries within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option
- Allegro One Courier — payment on delivery — a courier POD delivery carried out within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option.
Which cities the Allegro One Courier is available in
You can check the service availability in a specific city using our search tool (available in Polish). You can also check the cutoff times — the times by which you can order a courier pick-up.
How to enable this delivery option in your offers
You can enable this delivery option only in a package with other options from the Allegro Delivery program.

How to settle delivery costs
You will settle delivery with Allegro One within the Allegro Standard method. It means you will pay for parcels and additional services within the monthly invoice you get from Allegro.
Each time, we add delivery cost to Settlements with Allegro on your account:
- we add the fee for parcel dispatch the month the service was performed
- we add the fee for additional services (e.g., additional insurance, oversized parcel) the month following the service's performance.
To benefit from our offer, on dispatching the parcel, select:
- the Allegro agreement (Allegro One Point or Allegro One Box) if you use Ship with Allegro or
- the Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external integrators like Baselinker or Sello.
Depending on the delivery option selected by the buyer, in the dispatch form, we automatically assign the following agreement:
- with next-day delivery:
- Allegro One Point: Allegro One Point, One Courier
- Allegro One Box: Allegro One Box, One Courier
- Allegro One Courier: Allegro One Courier ― next-day delivery
- Allegro One Courier — payment on delivery: Allegro One Courier payment on delivery — next-day delivery
- with same-day delivery:
- Allegro One Box: Allegro One Box — same-day delivery

For the first parcel in an order, you will pay a fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value.For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you the fee listed in the table for an order valued from 100 to 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders from the ranges up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you will pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel from the order.
The fees listed above apply to next-day and same-day deliveries — also with payment on delivery.
We will add 4.99 PLN for the POD service to the Allegro Smart! parcel fee for Allegro One Courier payment on delivery option. In addition to the payment for the order, you will also get 4.99 PLN for the POD service from the buyer.

The parcel price includes insurance up to 5,000 PLN. You will pay the same price for delivery on weekdays and on Saturdays.

Allegro One Courier — payment on delivery
You will get the payment for an order in which the buyer has selected the delivery option with payment on delivery within up to 2 working days from the moment the buyer collects the parcel. You will receive the payment directly to your Allegro account.
How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader. How to order a fixed courier pick-up
To order a fixed courier pick-up, contact us by email: onehandlowy@allegro.pl. Your email should contain:
- your Allegro account login
- company name
- company address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
- parcel pick-up address:
- street, building and apartment number
- postal code
- city
- the phone number of the person who handles dispatches
- the time by which the courier can pick up parcels
- days of the week (from Monday to Saturday) when the courier will come to collect parcels
- preferred pick-up time
- additional information for the courier (optional) — for example, information on how to get to the warehouse.
If you want to order a fixed courier pick-up for Saturday, you can only do it for the next-day delivery option. In that case, the courier will pick up your parcels on Saturday and deliver them to buyers on the next working day — Monday.
You cannot order a fixed courier pick-up for Saturday for the same-day delivery option.
The courier's arrival time depends on the postal code. If Allegro One Courier cannot collect parcels at your preferred time, they will contact you to arrange other pick-up times.
We will let you know by email once we launch the scheduled pick-up order.
We will launch it only after you have received the reply and confirmation from the carrier. From then on, select the [without pick-up by courier] option for parcels you dispatch with Ship with Allegro.
Before the scheduled arrival is enabled, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge in Allegro One Box parcel lockers or at brick-and-mortar Allegro One Point points, such as Kolpolter branches, epaka.pl, Furgonetka, Auchan, and Pakersi points
or
- order a one-time courier pick-up.

If you dispatch parcels through Ship with Allegro, you can check their status:
- in the Orders tab — next to a given order
- in the Ordered parcels tab — when you click [details] next to a selected parcel.
If you use Ship with Allegro, you can provide the courier with additional information on the label through the dispatch form.
Open Ship with Allegro and enter the value for which you want to insure a parcel in the Ubezpieczenie (Insurance) section. Then, if your parcel goes missing or is damaged in transport, you can get a refund of the parcel value.
You can appeal against our decision. You can do it within 14 days of receiving our reply to your complaint. Learn more about returns and complaints.
