How to dispatch parcels with Allegro One (Point, Box)
Learn more about Allegro One delivery options carried out by UPS and DPD — you can conveniently settle them using the Allegro Standard method.
Allegro One deliveries are carried out by the UPS and DPD couriers — we offer them within the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option that combines same-day and next-day deliveries:
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro One Box.
Deliveries to Allegro One Box and Allegro One Point are also available within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option. Within that option, we deliver parcels on the same or next day — even to the buyer's doorstep. It is available in select locations across Poland and carried out by Allegro One Courier. We describe it in this article.
- Allegro One is the name of our service.
- It contains the following delivery options:
- Allegro One (Point, Box) — delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers across Poland. Parcels are delivered by two couriers: UPS and DPD.
- Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) — delivery to pick-up points, parcel lockers, and to the buyer's address in selected cities. Parcels are delivered by Allegro One Courier.
- Delivery options:
- Allegro One Point — delivery to the Kolporter convenience store, epaka.pl, Furgonetka, Auchan, or Pakersi pick-up points
- Allegro One Box — delivery to parcel lockers
- Allegro One Courier — courier deliveries within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option
- Allegro One Courier — payment on delivery — a courier POD delivery carried out within the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option.
How to enable the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option
You can enable this delivery option only in a package with other options from the Allegro Delivery program.

How to settle delivery costs
You will settle delivery with Allegro One within Allegro Standard. It means you will pay for parcels and additional services within the monthly invoice you get from Allegro.
Each time, we add delivery cost to Settlements with Allegro on your account:
- we add the fee for parcel dispatch the month the service was performed
- we add the fee for additional services (e.g., additional insurance, oversized parcel) the month following the service's performance.
To benefit from our offer, on dispatching the parcel, select:
- the Allegro agreement (Allegro One Point or Allegro One Box) if you use Ship with Allegro or
- the Ship with Allegro API and the Allegro agreement if you use external integrators like Baselinker or Sello.
How much you will pay for Allegro One (Point, Box) parcels
You will settle the Allegro Smart! parcels in accordance with the table below — the fee depends on the order value:

For the first parcel in an order, you will pay a fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you the fee listed in the table for an order valued from 100 to 149.99 PLN. This does not apply to orders from the ranges up to 149.99 PLN. In their case, you will pay the same amount for each subsequent parcel from the order.

You will settle additional service fees according to the price list. The parcel price includes insurance up to 5,000 PLN.

How to dispatch a parcel
You can dispatch Allegro One Box and Allegro One Point parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader. You do not need to conclude a separate agreement with a carrier. To use the Ship with Allegro API and dispatch a new parcel, activate your account and follow the instructions. Check how to manage parcels through Ship with Allegro. If you are having problems with integration or dispatching parcels through Ship with Allegro API, contact us.
A fixed pick-up order
Send your request for a fixed pick-up order at: allegroumowy@ups.com. Provide the following details:
- your Allegro account login
- the name of your business
- the address of your business
- the full address for pick-up
- the phone number of the person that handles dispatches
- the time by which someone is always present at the pick-up address (or the time your business closes)
- the conditions of parcel pick-up — days of the week (from Monday to Friday) when the courier will come to collect parcels
- preferred hours for parcel pick-up
- the estimated number of parcels (at one courier pick-up)
- the approximate dimensions of parcels you are going to dispatch
- instructions for the courier (optional).
Indicate at least 3 days of the week. You have to handle at least 4 parcels per pick-up to the courier.
The time of the courier's arrival depends on the postal code — UPS approves it on this basis. If your preferred parcel pick-up times cannot be met, UPS will contact you. Together, you will determine what hours the courier can come to collect parcels.
You will receive a confirmation from UPS about launching the standing collection order.
The service will be launched only after you have received the reply and confirmation from UPS.
By the time the standing collection order is active, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge in Allegro One Box parcel lockers or at brick-and-mortar Allegro One Point points or
- order a one-time pick-up by courier.
You can order fixed pick-ups by the DPD courier within the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option. Send your request to the address: allegro_stalezlecenia@dpd.com.pl. Attach the completed form to the email.
Indicate at least 3 days of the week. You have to hand over to the courier at least 4 parcels per pick-up.
The courier's arrival time depends on the postal code — DPD approves the time based on it. If your preferred parcel pick-up times cannot be met, DPD will contact you to decide at what time the courier can collect the parcels.
You will receive an email confirmation from DPD once the fixed pick-up order is enabled.
Fixed pick-ups will be launched only after you have received the reply and confirmation from DPD. From then on, select the option without courier pick-up while dispatching your parcels through Ship with Allegro.
Before the fixed pick-up is enabled, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge in Allegro One Box parcel lockers or at brick-and-mortar points of Allegro One Point
or
- order a one-time DPD courier pick-up.
During pick-ups by the DPD courier, you can also hand over the parcels you dispatch with the DPD delivery options.
