You can download a confirmation of a refund you issued for a buyer
We have introduced a change that many sellers asked about. See how you can use the new option.
When you refund a buyer, the details are available in the Payment Refunds tab. Now, you can also generate a PDF version of the refund confirmation in that tab.
Confirmation can be useful for your records and accounting. You may also need it in your communication with the buyer.
How to download the refund confirmation
- Go to the Payment Refunds tab.
- Look up the refund for which you need confirmation. You can use filters at the top of the page to do it.
- Click [details] next to the selected refund.
- You can find the [generate refund confirmation] button in the refund details. Click it to download the confirmation.
You can download the confirmation only for refunds that have already been issued. That option is not visible if the money transfer is still being processed.
