What are offer tags
If you sell on Allegro, offer tags will allow you to organize your offers according to your own categories.
Division into categories is not enough for you? Within the Allegro Subscription, you can create your own subcategories. To do so, you need to use offer tags. The buyers will see them on the list of your offers and find your products easier this way.
How the tags work
- The tags work within one seller’s account ― each account can have different tags.
- After automatic relisting, we add offer tags to the offer again.
- Next to the offer list, we display the first 5 tags. If you click [więcej] (more), you will see the remaining tags.
- Tags are not available on foreign marketplaces.
How to create tags
You can create offer tags in two ways: in the Offer tags tab, and in the listing form.
Creating tags in the Offer tags tab
To create a tag:
- Open the Offer tags tab and click [add new].
- In the pop-up window write the name of a tag you want to create. Click [save] and it is done!
Managing tags
In the Offer tags tab, you can remove, hide, or rename tags. You can also manage the order in which the tags appear on the offer list. All you need to do is drag a selected tag into another position and drop it there.
Creating tags in the listing form
You can create and assign tags in the listing form. Additionally, you can do it while editing or relisting an offer. All you need to do is:
- In the tags section, enter a name of a tag (or its fragment) which you want to assign to the offer.
- Press Enter. Done!
How to assign tags to offers
You can assign tags to offers in several ways ― through a listing form, the My Assortment tab, and API Allegro.
The My Assortment tab
In the My Assortment tab, you can assign tags to offers in two ways:
- Find an offer to which you want to assign tags, click [actions], then [edit]. It will open a listing form, where you will be able to create a new tag or assign an already existing one.
- Select the offer you want to add tags to and click [edit]. Then choose [offer tags] and add the tags.
API Allegro

How to manage tags in multiple offers simultaneously
To change offer tags in multiple offers simultaneously:
- Open the My Assortment tab and select offers where you want to edit the tags.
- Click [edit], and then [offer tags].
- In the displayed window, select the tags you want to add to chosen offers. You can unselect the tags you want to remove from offers, too. Then, click [save]. If you click manage offer tags, we will redirect you to the Offer tags tab.
- We will send you information about the changes you have made. Done!
