We will stop displaying delivery statuses in the Message Center
Thanks to that change, the Message Center will be more transparent. The information on delivery statuses took up a lot of space — which may have made it difficult to exchange messages or check the previous correspondence.
Until now, buyers could check the status of their orders in the Message Center. In the threads with sellers, we displayed the delivery statuses and updated them regularly.
What we have changed
On March 18, we stopped displaying that information in the Message Center.
Buyers can check the delivery status of their parcels:
- in the Purchase History tab
- in the automatic notifications we send to them after the purchase
- when they click the truck icon on the home page.
Additionally, when a buyer contacts you through the Message Center and asks for the delivery status, they will get an automatic response. The Allina chatbot will provide them with information on the parcel. Check, how to manage Allina's help.
As per our Terms & Conditions, you cannot send buyers messages that duplicate the information we send. Therefore, do not send buyers emails about delivery statuses.
