We will no longer send emails on the status of an offer in a campaign or program
On April 1, we will stop sending certain email notifications regarding campaigns and programs. Learn more.
How it is now
We send you an email each time the status of your offer in a given promotional campaign changes. It means that we send you an email when, for example:
- we qualify your offer for a campaign or program
- your offer stops participating in a campaign or program.
What will change on April 1
We will no longer send you automatic email notifications in such situations.
If you want to check the status of your offer in a promotional campaign, you can do so at any time:
- Go to the Manage participation section in the Campaigns & Programs tab.
- Select a campaign or program.
- Look for an offer you are interested in. In the final column, you will see information on its current status in a selected campaign or program.
Exception: the Allegro Prices program
In the Campaigns & Programs tab, we do not show information on the status of offers in this program. Instead, you can see the price reduction start and end times in the My Assortment tab.
