We will launch a new delivery program ― Allegro Delivery
We will launch the Allegro Delivery program on June 26.
What the Allegro Delivery program is all about
Within Allegro Delivery, we are responsible for the entire logistics and complaints process and take comprehensive care of its speed and quality. We carry out this service together with our logistics partner ― ORLEN Paczka. Learn more about Allegro Delivery.
What it means for you
Starting June 26, we will gradually enable the delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program to more sellers. We will let you know in advance before we add those delivery options to your shipping price lists ― we will send you a separate message. Today we will send first messages to some sellers.
What delivery options we will include in the program
This program will cover the following delivery:
to the buyer's doorstep:
- Allegro One Courier
to pick-up points and parcel lockers:
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
The Allegro One delivery options within Allegro Delivery
The Allegro One delivery options will be available only within Allegro Delivery ― from June 26, you will see them in the Allegro Delivery section in the shipping price list.
The Allegro ORLEN Paczka delivery options within Allegro Delivery
During the transition period, in the shipping price list, you will see the Allegro ORLEN Paczka delivery options:
- in the Allegro Delivery section and
- outside Allegro Delivery.
You can temporarily enable and disable the Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker and Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point in your shipping price lists — regardless of the other Allegro Delivery options. Eventually, they will be available only in a package with the remaining Allegro Delivery options.
The ORLEN Paczka delivery option settled based on your own agreement with the carrier will still be available in the price list outside the program ― we will not introduce any changes there.
In relation to the service launch, on June 26, 2024, we will replace the current Allegro One Terms & Conditions with the Allegro Delivery Terms & Conditions (available in Polish).
We will introduce the changes to the shipping price lists gradually. We will let you know about the next stages in separate emails. Check the table below to see what delivery options within Allegro Delivery we will add to some of your shipping price lists ― depending on what delivery options you already have in them.
The Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) delivery option for everyone in Allegro One Courier's reach
If you offer the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option, from June 26, 2024, we will start checking whether you are within the reach of Allegro One Courier. If so — we will add the Allegro One (Point, Box, Courier) to your shipping price lists within the Allegro Delivery program.
Allegro One Box — same-day delivery
If you have Allegro One Box — same-day delivery in your price lists, from June 26, it will also be moved to the Allegro Delivery section.
What prices we will set in your shipping price lists within Allegro Delivery
While setting the prices in your shipping price list, we will consider your current prices for:
- Allegro One
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
If you offer all or some of those delivery options and:
- for at least one of them, you have the price set for the amount other than 0 PLN — we will set the maximum delivery prices for all the delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program
- for all of them, you have the price set at 0 PLN — we will set the free delivery for all the delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program.
