We have changed the terms of Smart! on business accounts
In connection with the start of the new Allegro Delivery program, we have introduced changes to the Smart! terms. We will automatically adjust your shipping price lists to those changes.
Allegro Delivery is a new service within which we are responsible for the entire delivery process and take comprehensive care of its speed and quality. You are not responsible for the transport of the parcel or the consequences of its loss or destruction. The service allows you to focus on the quality of the products you sell, proper packing, and handing the parcel over to the carrier. For parcels shipped with Allegro Delivery, we are also in charge of customer service.
Initially, the service covers:
- delivery to the buyer's doorstep — Allegro One Courier
- delivery to pick-up points and parcel lockers:
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
Within the new program, Allegro is the service provider. You can settle delivery costs directly with us. We handle deliveries in cooperation with our logistics partners — ORLEN Paczka is the first one.

Check what we have changed in the Allegro Smart! terms on business accounts
Before, your offers were Smart! if you enabled one of the Allegro One delivery options. Now, we require the delivery options covered by the Allegro Delivery program instead.
Other terms remain the same. We still require to enable:
- at least 3 delivery options to a pick-up point or parcel locker from the list of qualifying delivery options
and
- at least 2 delivery options to the buyer's doorstep from the list of qualifying delivery options.
To the list of qualifying delivery options, we include each of the Allegro Delivery program options separately.

- You have enabled in your offers the following delivery options: Allegro DPD Pickup, Allegro DHL Courier, and Allegro Delivery with:
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
- Your offers are not Smart! because you have only enabled one of the two required delivery options to the buyer's doorstep.
- You have enabled in your offers the following delivery options: Allegro DHL Courier, Allegro DPD Courier, and Allegro Delivery with:
- Allegro One Box
- Allegro One Point
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point.
- Your offers are not Smart! because you have only enabled two of the three required delivery optons to a pick-up point or parcel locker.
You do not need to edit your shipping price lists on your own — we will do it automatically!
If you enable one of the Allegro One or ORLEN Paczka delivery options — we will supplement your shipping price lists with the remaining delivery options covered by the Allegro Delivery program. We will let you know about it in advance. You also do not need to worry about updating the delivery prices — within the Allegro Delivery program, we will update them whenever they get changed by the carrier.

Allegro Paczkomaty InPost on Allegro Lokalnie: you no longer need to print out dispatch labels
Dispatching parcels with the Allegro Paczkomaty InPost delivery option on Allegro Lokalnie is possible only on a regular account. You can add it to classifieds in the buy now format and auctions.
What we have changed
From today, you do not need to print out dispatch labels. All you have to do is generate a code and write it on a parcel legibly. However, if you prefer to print out labels, you can still select that option.

Only purchases for private purposes are possible in your offers on allegro.cz
Czech business customers can no longer make a purchase with an invoice issued for their businesses in offers you share on allegro.cz. It is still possible to issue an invoice for purchases made for private purposes. The change will help you avoid problems with issuing 0% VAT invoices Czech entrepreneurs often ask for.
From today, business purchases on allegro.cz are possible only in offers of Czech entrepreneurs — on business.allegro.cz.
