We have changed the sales commission fee rates and simplified the price list
We have changed the sales commission rates and simplified the price list (Appendix No. 4 of the Allegro Terms & Conditions). If you are not an entrepreneur (you do not hold a business account), we will not change the fees and sales commission rates in your ongoing offers, unless we inform you about the change before you list the offer.
What the changes are

- In the Lighting and the Holiday and Occasional Decorations subcategories, we have changed the sales commission rate from 10% net (12.3% gross) to 10.5% net (12.92% gross).
- In the Pots and Casings subcategory, we have changed the sales commission rate from 10% net (12.30% gross) to 9%, but no more than 250 PLN net (11.07%, but no more than 307.50 PLN gross).

In some subcategories, we have diversifed the sales commission fee rates depending on the value of the Condition parameter.
- Before, in the Car Care Products and Machine and Other Vehicles Parts subcategories, the sales commission rate was 8.5%, but no more than 110 PLN net (10.46%, but no more than 135.30 PLN gross). We have changed it to:
- 8.5%, but no more than 120 PLN net (10.46%, but no more than 147.60 PLN gross) — for offers with the Condition: New parameter
- 12%, but no more than 120 PLN net (14.76%, but no more than 147.60 PLN gross) — for offers with the Condition parameter other than New.
- In the Vacuum cleaners, Grinders, Drills and screwdrivers, and Engine oils subcategories, we have changed the sales commission rate from 5.5%, but no more than 110 PLN net (6.76%, but no more than 135.30 PLN gross) to 6%, but no more than 120 PLN net (7.38%, but no more than 147.60 PLN gross).
- In the Automotive category, we have removed the listing fee:
- in the Car Care Products and Car Equipment and Accessories subcategories — for offers with the Condition parameter different than New
- in other categories where we charge that fee — for offers with the Condition parameter different than New and the initial price from 100 PLN.
- To improve the legibility of Appendix No. 4, we have grouped subcategories of products that appear in different categories and have the same sales commission rates. At the same time, we have changed the sales commission fee rates for those subcategory groups.

In the listing form, we have changed the paths of some categories where you list offers. For example: before, you could list electric toothbrushes in Electronics — Audio, Video and Household Appliances — Small Household Appliances — Hygiene and Care — Electric Toothbrushes. From February 29, you can list them in Health — Oral Hygiene — Toothbrush — Electric. Buyers do not see your offer in both categories — as it used to be. In the Culture and Entertainment category, we have removed some subcategories and moved offers listed in them to other ones. This change affects the sales commission fee rates. If the buyer selects payment on delivery, we will add the following amount to the amount from the table for the additional payment on delivery service:
- in the case of parcel lockers and pick-up points — 29 CZK (apart from the payment for your purchase, you will receive an additional 29 CZK for the POD option)
- in the case of courier delivery — 39 CZK (apart from the payment for your purchase, you will receive an additional 39 CZK for the POD option).
For the first parcel in an order, you will pay a fee determined in the table for an order of a specific value. For each subsequent parcel, we will charge you a fee for an order from the range from 499 to 698.99 CZK. This does not apply to orders from the ranges up to 698.99 CZK. In their case, for each subsequent parcel from the order, you will pay the same amount as for the first parcel.

We have enabled new Packeta delivery options to Slovakia — to pick-up points and parcel lockers
With the new delivery options, you will dispatch products bought on allegro.pl from Poland to Slovakia:
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Slovakia — Packeta Pick-up Point
- Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Slovakia — Packeta Parcel Lockers.
You will enable them if you hold a business account. You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro. You will also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader. You do not need to conclude a separate agreement with the carrier. You will pay 10.99 PLN for delivery with each of the new delivery options.
The maximum parcel weight and dimensions
- length of the longest side of the parcel — 120 cm
- the sum of 3 sides' length — lower than or equal to 150 cm (for example, 60 x 40 x 50 cm).
- the maximum actual weight (we do not calculate dimensional weight) — 15 kg.

We have increased the maximum actual weight of parcels that sellers can dispatch from Poland to Czechia using the Allegro Packeta delivery options:

If the value of your parcel dispatched with the Allegro International delivery option exceeds 5,000 PLN, we offer you additional parcel insurance. Its cost will be 0.15% of the parcel value.
You can see the amount of that insurance while dispatching the parcel in the Ship with Allegro tab. You can decide whether you want to use the additional insurance.
