We have introduced new Allegro Packeta delivery options to Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, handled by ORLEN Paczka
Starting today, the Allegro Packeta delivery options will also be handled by ORLEN Paczka. A courier will collect your parcels with a free pick-up.
Until March 10, only Poczta Polska handled the Allegro Packeta delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary. If you use those options — you dispatch parcels at a post office or have an agreement with Poczta Polska for paid collection of business mail.
The only difference between the Allegro Packeta delivery options handled by Poczta Polska and the new ones handled by ORLEN Paczka is the dispatch method. Other conditions stay the same, including:
- maximum parcel dimensions and weight
- fees outside Allegro Smart!
- fees within Allegro Smart!

How to dispatch Allegro Packeta parcels handled by ORLEN Paczka
An ORLEN Paczka courier will collect your parcels directly from you with a free pick-up. It is the only dispatch method for these delivery options.
You can order a one-time pick-up while dispatching parcels with Ship with Allegro. You can also order fixed courier pickups.
The same courier can also collect Allegro Delivery parcels from you. However, they will not collect Allegro Packeta parcels handled by Poczta Polska.
You cannot dispatch Allegro Packeta parcels at the ORLEN Paczka pick-up points or parcel lockers either.
How to enable the new delivery options in the shipping price lists
Today, we started to gradually add the new delivery options to the shipping price lists of sellers who meet certain conditions. If you are one of them, we sent you a separate email with more details on February 25. However, you do not need to wait — you can now add the new delivery options yourself.
Where you will find the new delivery options
You can find the new delivery options in the shipping price lists next to the Allegro Packeta delivery options from Poland to Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, handled by Poczta Polska. They will have a different name for the carrier handling the parcels.
If you have the Allegro Packeta delivery options handled by both Poczta Polska and ORLEN Paczka in your shipping price lists, we will recommend to buyers the one handled by ORLEN Paczka by default.
If you want buyers to choose the delivery option handled by Poczta Polska, include only that option in your shipping price list.
How to set same-day dispatch times for the new delivery options
You can set the same-day dispatch times separately for each carrier in the Other carriers section of the Ordering time settings tab.
- For the delivery options handled by Poczta Polska, we will take into account the time settings in the Packeta / Zasilkovna line — like we did before.
- For the delivery options handled by ORLEN Paczka, we will take into account the time settings in the ORLEN Paczka line.
