We have introduced a change in displaying reasons for sales ratings
If a customer selects I suspect that the product is not genuine as the reason for their rating, we will not display it on the Rating list. Check the details.
When buyers rate you, they can justify their decisions. They point out what aspects of the transaction made them leave a positive or negative rating. This is not mandatory for positive ratings. However, if the buyer selects that they do not recommend buying from you, they need to provide a reason.

How it worked before
We displayed all the reasons selected by customers to you and buyers. We did that:
- in the Ratings Received tab
- on the Rating list — buyers could access it by clicking all ratings and reviews in the About the seller tab.
How it works now
Starting today, we no longer display one of the reasons. If a customer selects I suspect that the product is not genuine as the reason for their rating, we will not display it on the Rating list. It applies to all ratings — those that customers have already left, and those they will leave in the future. We will display that reason only in the Ratings Received tab. That means only you will see it — that reason will not be displayed to buyers.
