The new version of the complaint form for delivery services is now available in the Ordered Parcels tab. The new form will help you file complaints about delivery services easier.
When you file a complaint about:
- parcels from the Allegro Delivery program — you will get a decision regarding it directly from us
- Allegro Standard parcels outside the Allegro Delivery program — we will redirect you from the form on your account to the specific complaint form on the carrier's website
- incorrectly charged fees — we will redirect you to a simplified form with some fields already filled by us. Use it to file a complaint about the fees for a single parcel or multiple parcels at once.
Remember to attach our power of attorney when you file a complaint with the carrier regarding the parcels you settle directly with us. Go to Delivery Settings, switch the language to Polish, and click [pobierz pełnomocnictwo] (download the power of attorney) in the Reklamacje dostaw (delivery complaints) section. Learn more. If you are not authorized to file a complaint, the buyer must first give up their rights to the parcel (form available in Polish). Then, you will be able to file a complaint on their behalf.
Why we have done it
With the new form:
- the complaint process will be easier. We will guide you through it step by step — by pre-filling selected fields and suggesting what you need to complete yourself
- the complaint process will be more consistent. The initial part of the form will be the same for all delivery options
- you will be able to file a complaint directly with the carrier for delivery options outside Allegro Delivery. We will redirect you from the form on your account to the specific complaint form on the carrier's website.
