Unit transaction fee
The fee is PLN 1 – we charge it for each purchase in the offer, regardless of the number of units in the order. We do not charge it on accounts with an active Subscription.
The unit transaction fee is:
- 1 PLN ― for sales on allegro.pl
- 5 CZK ― for sales on allegro.cz
- 0.22 EUR — for sales on allegro.sk
- 90 HUF — for sales on allegro.hu.
We charge you the fee for each purchase in an offer in a given marketplace. We do not account for the number of units sold within an offer.
Example
- A customer buys 4 chairs you listed in one offer on allegro.pl. We charge you an additional 1 PLN for sales in that offer.
- A customer buys from you 4 chairs in one offer and 2 pillows in a different one. They make a purchase on allegro.cz. We charge you an additional 5 CZK for each offer, so 10 CZK in total.
- Two customers buy 1 chair each in your offer. They both buy on allegro.sk. We charge you additional 0.44 EUR for sales in that offer.
- Two customers buy 1 chair in your offer. One of them buys it on allegro.pl, the other one on allegro.hu. We charge you 1 PLN and 90 HUF for sales made in that offer in 2 marketplaces.
If you sell products in a bundle, we charge the fee separately for each purchase in an offer within the bundle.
When we will not charge you the unit transaction fee
We will not charge you the fee in neither marketplace if:
- you have an active Subscription: Basic, Professional, or Expert on that account (you can buy a Subscription only on a business account)
- you sell on a regular account and you listed your offer before November 2, 2022
- you sell in the Collections category.
If you have multiple accounts
If you have multiple accounts registered with the same tax identification number or you have linked accounts ― the fee will not apply provided you have an active Subscription on each account.
When we will charge you the unit transaction fee
We will add the fee to your bill while adding other fees to your bill — when a customer clicks buy now or wins an auction. You can check information about the fees in the Settlements with Allegro tab. If you also sell in the foreign marketplaces, you will see separate fees charged in currencies of specific marketplaces.
When we will refund you the fee
If a buyer returns an order in whole or in part and you meet the requirements, we will refund you the fee. You will get the refund together with the transaction rebate (sales commission refund). Both refunds will be listed as one in the Settlements with Allegro tab.
In the case of a partial return — the refund will be calculated proportionately.

Frequently asked questions
I sell in the foreign marketplaces. Will I also pay a fee of 1 PLN for each order?
We charge the unit transaction fee in all marketplaces. The fee is charged in the sales currency of a given marketplace, but its value is always similar:
- 1 PLN ― for sales on allegro.pl
- 5 CZK ― for sales on allegro.cz
- 0.22 EUR — for sales on allegro.sk
- 90 HUF — for sales on allegro.hu.
We charge the fee when the customer makes a purchase in your offer shared in one of those marketplaces.
Will you charge me the fee on my linked accounts?
If you have linked your accounts thanks to a feature available with a Subscription, we will charge you only for sales on the accounts you do not have a Subscription on.
Will you charge the fee for sales of products that cost 1 PLN?
Yes, we will charge you the fee even for sales of products that cost 1 PLN. We will not charge you that fee on your account that has an active Subscription.
Will you charge the unit transaction fee regardless of the account type?
Yes, we will charge the fee on both regular and business accounts.
Where will I find information about the charged unit transaction fee?
You can check that in the Settlements with Allegro tab in the Operations History section. You will see the fees charged for sales in each marketplace separately — we will display them in the sales currency of a given marketplace.
Will I get the fee refund if the transaction is not carried out?
Yes, we will refund you the fee the same way we grant you the transaction rebate (sales commission refund). Both refunds will be listed as one in the Settlements with Allegro tab. You will get the refund together with the transaction rebate (sales commission refund).
