The GPSR has already taken effect. Check how to add the details required by the regulation
You will complete the obligatory product details in the Sales Settings tab of the Sales Center. You will add them to specific offers in the listing form and the My Assortment tab.
What details the EU currently requires
Under the GPSR, the obligatory parameters are as follows:
- manufacturers' details
- the details of a person responsible for introducing the product to the European market — only if you sell a product manufactured outside the European Union
- product safety information.
How you can complete the details
We provide tabs where you can complete the obligatory details.
In the Sales Settings tab, you will complete:
- manufacturers' details
- the details of the person responsible for introducing the product onto the European market.
In specific offers, you will add:
- manufacturers' details
- the details of the person responsible
- safety information
- parameters identifying the product.
Buyers will see the details you add on the product page.
You can also complete the information in the tab and offers through the listing form, the My Assortment tab, the file, and the Allegro API.
We have also made available a form in which you can declare that the products you sell comply with the provisions of European Union law. We will display that information to buyers in the About Seller section.
