Since January 23, you can complete the details required by the GPSR more easily
Within the Allegro Product Catalog, for selected products, we suggest the manufacturer's details that you can add to your offers. Check the details.
The GPSR, the EU's General Product Safety Regulation, took effect on December 13, 2024. According to the regulation, you have to provide in your offers:
- manufacturer's details
- the details of the person responsible for introducing the product onto the EU market — if the manufacturer's registered office is outside the European Union
- safety information.
If the products in your offers were placed on the market before December 13 — you do not need to complete that information. In those offers, you only need to mark the following parameter — Product introduced to the EU market before 13.12.2024. Learn how to do that.
What we have changed
Since January 23, you can complete the manufacturer's details in offers with selected products in a faster and more convenient way — using data from the Allegro Product Catalog.
How you can use that option
When you list or edit offers, select the Brand parameter value. We will show you suggestions of the manufacturer's details based on that value. Once you select one of them, we will complete the offer with that manufacturer's details.
