Ship with Allegro: now, you can manage parcels more easily
We have introduced changes that let you use Ship with Allegro on a selected linked account. You can also expand the permissions of your employees.
Starting November 19, the Ship with Allegro tool can be used by:
- sellers with linked Allegro accounts — in the Linked accounts tab
- your employees you authorize to use the account — in the Authorized Users tab.
What exactly we have changed
Linked accounts
Once you link your accounts, you can quickly and easily switch to the one you want to manage at the moment. Before, we enabled such an option, for example, in the My Assortment or Orders tabs. Now, you can use it also in our free tool — Ship with Allegro.
It means that on each linked account, you can:
- order and cancel shipments
- download labels and consignment notes
- order parcel pick-ups by a courier
- use the Ordered parcels tab
- have access to the Ship with Allegro settings.
Authorized users
If you have a Subscription, you can select and grant account permissions to other people in the Authorized Users tab. From today, you can also grant them access to the Ship with Allegro tool. You can do it in the Order Management section.
Thanks to that your employees will be able to:
- order and cancel shipments
- download labels and consignment notes
- order parcel pick-ups by a courier
- check the list of ordered parcels and their details.
